In the writing titled “ Failure: My Greatest Success,” written by James H. I felt inspired about not giving up which left me feeling that failure isn’t always bad. I agree with this selection strongly because I also think that failing isn’t always bad. Failing teaches you to push yourself harder and harder until you have finally reached your goal. In the article, he says, “ Although there is no pressure or fear of cuts, I still have the same passion and competiveness I had with football and basketball.” When you have that kind of attitude, I believe you can achieve anything you want. When he failed at football and then at basketball, he didn’t give up. He kept trying and he worked really hard to succeed. When he began to cramp in his last 200 meters in his last track race, he says, ”I am done with failing.” With that attitude, he didn’t fail. He succeeded, and he finally felt good about himself.
