"My Privacy is Alive and Well" explains how as technology continues to advance, people's privacy is decreasing. This is true. With all of the social media, our private lives are becoming more and more public.

I think the author did a good job at introducing the topic of social media to readers. Delphine wrote that small talk is becoming harder to do because the things we would usually talk about are already plastered on our social media. Many people have their hometown, school, and other personal information on their profiles, visible to anyone that wants to know. We aren't as mysterious anymore.

Delphine's call to action is simple: if you want to have more privacy, don't share too much of your life online. You don't ned to tell everyone what you had for breakfast, or where you are going. Leave that information for the small talk.
