I have read plenty of articles in my life, but I have never connected as much with an article as I did with India Love's “Magic.” As I read it, I kept saying to myself, “Oh my goodness, this is so me.”

I do believe in mythical creatures or, as the author said, I hope they exist. I feel like childhood goes by too quickly, and teenagers are pressured into maturing too soon. However not many are aware that this can happen while keeping our childhood fantasies alive.

Imagination and hope are two main factors that make life joyful and worth living. If that is taken away, the world would be too boring to live.

Thank you, India, for reminding us that creativity is a good thing to hold on to, even as we age.
