I enjoyed Kori's article," My Last Visit" because I too have been put in that situation as well. No child likes to see their loved ones on the other side of the glass in such a horrible place. While it wasn't one of my parents, as assumed in the article, it was my sister whom I have loved. When we payed her a visit in jail, I was so heartbroken to learn that she would end up in a place like this. Reading the article had stuck an emotion in me that only a few, and clearly Kori Evans, would understand. I love the overall feel throughout the article, how descriptive it was, the emotional undertone, and the bit of wisdom at the end was a great touch to end such a well written article.
