Bullying is present because of the humans own genes, certain humans are made to be brutish and rogue. We humans have more flaws than any of us would admit, i am a current middle school student and i have a better understanding of human psycology than other even 20 or 30 years older than I. humans can do rapid or uncommon movement in their legs, arms or face, if the question is important financially or poplarity wise, then they will produce more drastically different reactions to questions, provided they are lying. also, in primitve humans there were many theories that there was a pecking order much like our current one, and though it was more like, (alpha) (Alpha female) (hunters & gatherers) (Warriors) (Rest), and the bullys of this chain would most likely be hunters who have gone rogue.
