Honestly, I don't understand. Almost everyone's posts on here have some sort of negative outlook on school. Why?
Dec. 28, 2011 at 8:39 pm
I don't know why either. School is really not that bad.

I love school, I mean sure it has it's ups and downs like everything. But in general, it's great.

Don't hang out with the kids who are jerks. Not everyone is a bully. And if you try you can learn. Just make it interesting for yourself. If you don't go to school, you can't be anything later on.

Well, some peopel who hate school, (or highly have certain dislikes about it like me) have a reason. Its usually not soo much the school itself. Its the stress it brings us.
Jan. 27, 2012 at 10:09 pm
Trust me, out of everyone I can relate to the stress problem the most. But I still like to learn.

I agree. Learning is great, but i guess its just certain aspects of school that we all dislike. I cant stand taking tests. Thats my thing.
Jan. 28, 2012 at 4:14 pm
It depends on what kind of test it is for me. I hate busy work homework, but other than that I don't really have that much of a problem with my school.
Jan. 28, 2012 at 9:04 pm
i don't think it's school they hate, I think it's all the work that comes along with it. .. ya know?
Jan. 28, 2012 at 9:15 pm
Well, being lazy isn't good either...
Jan. 28, 2012 at 9:22 pm
yes, that's very true.

Looked for you, but couldn't find you. I can't stay on though, so sorry!

The only thing I ever posted about negative school was about math. I hate math. Math can go burn you-know-where.

I hate everything they make me do and would rather be sleeping while I'm supposed to be doing busy work. I learn more outside school then in school, which means school is a waste of my golden years. We're kids, why do we want to pretend to be adults in the form of work? We might as well just get a job.
Jan. 30, 2012 at 8:13 pm
So you are going to tell me that you're going to teach yourself Physics outside of school? That you'll study European History all on your own? Give me a break.
Jan. 31, 2012 at 7:30 pm
Well, yes, yes he can.

Maybe it only SEEMS like most people hate school. After all, why else would post on here? I'm not going to start a thread that's simply about all the things I love about school. There would little or no point. But people who have problems come on here for advice, support, or just an emotional vent. Personally, school works fine for me. There are certainly plenty of problems and I can't wait until college so that I can truly explore my interests, but I cope. I simpathize with those worse off with school than me.

i do agree that school has its ups and downs, but y be in school when u could be sleeping? y be in school when u could be spending time with friends? school is way to stressful. the tests, quizes, studing, homewrok, and waking up so early. i swear. i'm never going to be fully rested ever again! high school is cool and all but it is way too tiring! they need to add an extra period to school.... Nap time!
