YAYY!! I'm 17 years old and I don't have a facebook. Everyone tells me to get one but I personally think its a waste of time! Glad to hear that other teens dont have one too! I thought I was the only one!

Hey, I'm old enough and I don't have a Facebook either! My parent's just don't think it's safe for kids (especially girls) around my age, since there are SO many stalkers on there. However, I'm going to be allowed to get one when I'm older. =) Facebook isn't everything, you know. Since I don't have Facebook, I find myself emailing and writing people more often, and I get to know them better that way then on Facebook.

I don't have Facebook, simply because everyone I know I can just talk to face to face. But I just graduated from elementary school, and most people I know aren't going to the same highschool, so I might get it. But I don't see the big deal about it, its really not that fun or entertaining to me. In fact, most people I know that have Facebook say that they just have it to be able to talk to friends that have moved away.

I don't have a facebook, and I don't really want one. It just seems like a bit of a waste of time to me. :/

don't worry emily....i too don't have any fb account and believe me-we r the luckiest people on this earth who r able to restrain from it......it's good to be different....and when the difference makes u healthier-both physically and mentally; then it's probably the best!! :)

Hey Emily! No you're not alone. Just like the others, I too don't have a facebook and to be honest I don't want one. People are getting too distracted by them and I really don't see why they're such a big deal. I agree with PaperIdeas. A lot of people obsess over their status and what-not. So don't feel left-out! The way I see it: you're going against the status quo and that's a good thing...trust me!

Facebook dominates people's lives. I don't have it mainly because I think that it would dominate my school life. So many people tell me that they were going to do homework but then spent 3 and a half hours on Facebook?! I thought I was outnumbered. I'm so glad to see that I'm not alone.

Hey everyone. My sister didn't have a facebook, but then she REQUIRED a facebook account to particiapte in class. I think that is just plain old dumb. I mean, she doesn't even really want one. I'm afraid that they'll be making us have a facebook account just to participate in class next year. *shivers*

I've made one only a month ago, and I totally know how you feel. I felt like Facebook was one big party I was not invited to, but after I made one, I think it just wastes my time and I mostly just use it for my teenink account. I mean, you could make one if you like, but it won't be the great thing you would be expecting.

i wanted one for the longest time but then one of my bff's was threatened on it and now i am really scared of any social networking site. my wall paper on my phone says " Anti Facebook for Facebook users" with a pill bottle on it

I don't have one. I use my friend's if I ever want to use it.
I don't talk to anyone in school, why would I want to be their "friend" on Facebook? So it looks like they're popular? LOL no. It causes too much drama anyway.

have Facebook either. I think talking to people face to face is much more personal, and way too many people get into trouble by revealing too much personal info.
