Hi I have been having trouble with my anger lately and would like some advice. Well you see, I have aspbergers syndrome, very high functioning though, but it stil causes me to have anger issues. It usually only occurs when someone says no to me which is an obvious reason i guess. But the way I deal with it is to yell, scream, and sometimes hit. My parents are helping me but for some reason I am just not getting any better. If anyone can relate and has ideas of how to deal with my anger and get better about it then please reply. Thanks!

in the bible it says anger rots the bones.
i have had trouble with anger all my life and my friend has asbergers, i know EXACTLY what your going through
i used to get life threateningly dangerous.
blood pressure went up, way  up.
punched through walls yada yada yada.
this is how i do it, take some time each morning to thank God, meditate on his love and the love for
others that you have, try tea chi, it will help a lot.
you can find it on line.
but you have to start now, pray hard cause..
it can kill you to be angry okay?
or someone els, how old are you?

I have the same problem, with anger I mean. Normally I'm a very calm and collected individual, but when something sets me off, I just see red. It's like your blood is being replaced with lava and your hair sticks on end, and nothing registers past that pounding in your head and your heart that wants you to maim and destroy with your bare hands. I know some people who get drugs for their tempers, benzodiazepines, it also helps with anxiety and panic attacks. I find it's easier to avoid letting my temper get the best of me if I have someone nearby to ground me, and remind me the consequences of my actions. Running and hunting helps too, I also box, which is a wonderful way to take out your anger. I guess the trick is to find distractions, because there is no way to improve someone's temper. Some of us are lucky enough to be mild mannered, others, like us, don't have that luck and we just need to deal.

I have PTSD which makes for wonderful anger 'fits.' Most of the time I can't remember what I said or did. I scare myself. The past 3 years have made for some interesting expericances. The first year they didn't figure out I had PTSD but the anti-depressants helped my anger. I've found that stepping away from the situation helps a lot. For me people stimulate my anger so being by myself helps. Also flexing my fingers and shaking my arms helps. If I feel like I'm going to punch someone or something I sit on my hands. Walking, working on puzzles, thinking of stories, math, or just distracting myself works too.
For you I would suggest something small first, progress is slow with anger. So sit down or sit on your hands when you get mad. Let yourself yell and scream but plant yourself somewhere. Work on not hitting anything. If sitting doesn't work than walk away. Go in your room and slam your door.
Next try to curb the screaming and yelling. Instead whisper or talk it out, but keep your voice down. Or if you can write it out. Write whoever said no and tell them why they are upset you. Distract yourself like sorla said.
I am constantly building a whole other world in my mind to balance myself. I have to have a focus in my day or I have a bad day. And trust me I have BAD days, in which I blow up. It's just a matter of trying to change how that anger comes out.
Most of all tell your parents. Let them know that you are trying to distract yourself or plant yourself or anything else. They can help you remember that you are suppose to do this or that. My mom has many times had to bring me out of an anger fit.

for all yall lemme say this, anger can kill you or someone els, seen it first hand so please pray and ask for help.
i used to get so angry they called me the hulk, not because i was big
cause i had a mind of a big green wierd thing

Ok I don't have any humm that's not curect ok so I am fisucly disabled and I probly have some form of mental iahows but I don't let others see so they don't know lol. I have 2 vary good frends who have been adopted well 1 really the other is more like a little brother. They both have sever anxiety problums and one even showed some sines of atosme wen he was first taken from his home but being locked in a closit for long periods of time tends to do that to you. I also have humm I don't know how to explane it but I look out for them. A vary dear person who has downsendrom and another who is a highy funchuning atistec kid (also has astbugers). I trance service dogs and not to long ago I placed a puppy with a young 7 yer old who is atistec and was none verbal. He started to speek soon after. Squeal!!!! Have you ever thought of geting a service dog? They tend to help a lot even mine who is for brace and balince keeps me from ringing the neck of all the morons out there. I can't say I now how it is cuz I have difrent problums but I would like to think I help people like you on a daly bases. I also suggest you lern about your disbilty. O and if you want I can teach you how to get every thing for free using it.
