I don't know if this is really a family issue, but it's been on my mind constantly. My whole family pretty much lives in Illinois. My parents are divorced, and my mom's fiance lives in NY. Things have been kind of rough at home and she said, next year, if i wanted to we could go to NY and she would fly me in to visit my dad. I'm so conflicted! I'm going to try freshman year, but if I'm not happyI don't know if I'll have the strength to leave everything that I'm used to.
