Why did you say yes if you didn't want to...

If you didn't want to... then you shouldn't have. And I'm pretty sure by "creepy" you mean he's in the "OMG I ruv u I want to spend all my time with u WTF LOL ZOMGGGGGGGGGGGGG" phase of this "relationship" of yours. Just break it off, simple as that, and try to salvage the friendship in the process. Assuming you want to.

you shouldn't have said yes if you really didn't want to, but we sometimes make those types of mistakes when we don't want to hurt people's feelings. as for now, i would continue to stand firm on the position of not wanting to be in a relationship with him. i understand you don't want to lose your friendship, but you have to understand that it's a high possibility that you could. i don't know what you mean by saying he's acting creepy, but if you feel threatened, tell someone!!!! :D i hope this helps.

Okay first toNikcM2.0: that is not a phase of any relationship and if it is then kill me now

To Nikki1: I get where you are at, your friend is clearly obssessed with you and the idea of a relationship. Honestly the straight truth will set you free, unfortunatly these kinds of people go one or two ways 1: they try to get back at you through a pity party and threatning to commit suicide. Their threats are generally empty but if you fear they may be real then CONTACT A TRUSTWORTHY ADULT IMMEDIATELY

#2.) He/she will be depressed for a few weeks till they find someone else to be obssesed over.

In the end your friendship may be comprimised or perhaps not. Ether way for every day you waste not telling the truth the worse it will get.

HA! Well, um, I don't think normal people call it that. There's gotta be something similar, though, don't you think?

Anyway, nice advice.

That happened to me,he said he loved me and I said yes because I thought that I should feel the same way but then I realised I just couldn;t want him like that. But I guess it depends whether you want to be friends with him anymore, because I don;t anymore its just too hard to know he feels comeplelty different to how I feel-don;t do what I did and blame yourself :(
