Recently my boyfriend and I have been getting into alot of arguments and our realtionship is very awkward, At the same time this guy told me that he likes me and well I like him as well. He is like the perfect guy and cares for me. I am not sure about whether I should break up with my current boyfriend and after a while date this other guy.

I went through the same thing when I was dating my last boyfriend. My current boyfriend had a crush on my while I was still with my ex, and I really liked him too. My ex didn't treat me very well. He was very argumentative and mean, and the other guy was so nice to me. I decided to break it off and go for the other guy. I am now dating the other guy, and we are really happy together. However, I do warn you to wait an appropriate amount of time. Not because of what people will think of you, but, instead, so that you're sure you're over the other guy. If you are'nt, you could begin to doubt your decision. Just do what feels right! :)

But thats the issue, I dont understand what to do... Im in love with the other guy but i dont know how to break someones heart... This will be my first break up so i dont know what to do...

So this is your first break up? I have been through 5 break ups each with a different face but the same reaction. The first thing you must know: There is NO such thing as an 'easy or soft' break up. It's always hard unless emotions such as anger are involved. But in your particular case, I recomend over the phone (not text or facebook) this will probably be the easiest and most honorable way of letting him go.  My humblest tips are: Be clear, consise (giving no hints of this being temporary) and as bitter-sweet as it is, you can say "we can always be friends".  I hope this helps and I'm sorry it didn't work out for yall
