So Ive started dating this girl that Ive had a really big crush on for a long time. This coming Saturday will be two weeks with her and my feelings are already really strong. And its really crazy to me becuz Ive never felt so strongly about someone in such a short amount of time. So far our relationship is ideal; we laugh and make each other smile all the time, shes always complimenting me or Im always complimenting her, we can talk to each other about our feelings and have deep conversations face to face. I dont know if its love, but all I know is that it usually doesnt happen this fast, it usually takes some time. I just wanna be sure that Im not over thinking this or anything like that. Ive talked to her about this and she says she feels the same way. Does anybody know what this means?

I think it means you're heading for something real and something special. Definately hold of on pulling the "I love you" card though. I don't know how old you are, but its my personal experience that everyone lately is throwing around "I love you" too quickly and it's starting to loose it's meaning. By the sound of it you are headed for love though, congratulations! (:

I agree with Emmazing, stay on this course and let her say "I love you" first. A good rule of thumb is a month to say I love you. Congrats on finding that which is real

It's best to take things slow at this point.  Know that the feelings will fade away somewhat in time, even though it might feel like love now.  But this is normal!  It means that you're entering a deeper part of your relationship that will make it even stronger than before.  I wouldn't say the words 'I love you' until at least 1-2 months into the dating process.  Be sure that you still feel it's love when you have your first fight, or when one of you makes a mistake.  Keep the affections simple and stay practical, but optimistic!

Thanks for congratulations!! Yea, I really feel like Im headed for something special too. I definitely dont plan on throwing the 'I love you' card anytime soon. Im only 17 and I know at some point in time everyone thinks they know what love is, but I'm gonna take this slow and see where things go. And I have noticed that everyone is throwing 'I love you' around, I see middle schoolers who have dated for two weeks tell each other they love them! Its crazy. Thanks!!(:

I belive you two are just heading into a deep relationship very fast. It usually happens that way when you know eachother very well. So, relax.
