Well, my girlfriend just broke up with me. She used the lame old "I need to get focused on school" excuse, which I know is a lie. She just wants to go do illegal things with people that aren't me. I guess I shouldn't be too upset. I mean, we were only together 3 months and we both didnt get to see eachother often. But I still feel like my heart has been broken and I don't know what to do. I don't even want to smile.

Hey there :)
Keep your head up and your spirits high, sweetie!
Don't get all down and upset about it. Believe me, it's not worth it.
Just think, would you rather she waited even LONGER to break up with you and then break your heart even more b/c you became more attatched?
Just smile, be happy, and YOU go focus on school :P

I agree with RBrown. Illegal stuff won't land you anywhere good. Look for a chick better off! You can't be happy in a relationship without being happy on your own. If you look down deep, she sounds like a big bag of issues! Sorry, just my thoughts!

When a girl ends things after only a short time, it probably means that inital attractions has worn off and she's realized, that while she still likes you, you're not the one who's going to make her happy. School work and other such excuses are a defense mechanism. Fear of getting stuck in something she can't handle at the moment, can cause a girl to run for her life.
Let me tell you something. You may not be able to smile now, but give it time. People come and go in our lives. We need to appreciate people while they're with us, but accept when they decide it's time to go. Keep walking forward and wait it out. She may change her mind, but don't count on it. There's always someone, somewhere, waiting to meet someone like you.
