At school, I have a class where we learn to play the guitar, and listen to rock music.
And for that class I have to play a rock song that i like, but I can't figure out which one to play.
Here are my favorite rock songs (if you have any other suggestions please state so)

Beautiful Brides by Flyleaf
I'm so sick by Flyleaf
Stand up by Fireflight
In the Dark by Flyleaf
Let the Flames begin by Paramore
Sick by Evanescence
Emergency by Paramore
Careful by Paramore
Decode by Paramore
Misery Business by Paramore
CrushCrushCrush by Paramore
Set Apart this Dream by Flyleaf
Sorrow by Flyleaf
Breath Today by Flyleaf

*if you know that one of the songs listed above isn't a rock song please say so

Sounds like a cool class :D

A really nice song that's very easy to pick up on almost any instrument is Need You Now by Lady Antebellum.

That's what I'd suggest, out of all the songs you mention though, I'd say something by paramore, maybe Sick :)

Black dog by Led Zeppelin has a pretty easy riff to master, but it still sounds very heavy and raw. Sunshine of your love by Cream is another awesome riff. I'd say the easiest rock songs to play are some of the older ones though, like Down in Mexico by The Coasters, Wild One by Jerry Lee Lewis, Jailhouse rock by Elvis, as well as House of the Rising sun and I Heard it Through the Grapevine which are old blues songs that are performed by many artists. Blues guitar riffs are classic and timeless.

If you play After the Gold Rush by Neil Young your teacher will think you're classy. Same with The Rain Song by Led Zeppelin. Old stuff but actual rock.
