Recently, the latest games from Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat came out: Super Street Fighter IV (2010) and Mortal Kombat (2011 game, not 1992 original). Both games are very great in their similarities and their differences. But the biggest question is, which of the two franchises is better? Please feel free to share your opinions.

I dislike most fighting games, I don't find memorizing endless strings of button mashing very fun :P
However I'd have to say I've had a better experience with street fighter, balance and controls seem better in my opinion.
