what can i do to get more people to look at my work? i've rated and commented on other people's work and commented in chats and forums. any other ideas?

I would say tell your friends and family. Since they know you they'll be more supportive and want to read and rate your stuff. just an idea. :)

thanks. i've told my friends about this site before, but i guess it wouldn't hurt to tell them again :)
