Hey Eaglesnester :) Photography is all about capturing the mood of the thing you're taking a picture of, understanding how cameras work, being creative. You have to understand what sort of lighting to use, how to use the equipment etc. A good photo is crisp and clear, not blurry and it would be interesting. Hope this helps a little! I'm no expert or anything- but I'm into photography :D

I like to say that photography is angle + Idea, but it's actually a lot more than that. You have to see light and shadows, shape and texture, line and balance. Basically all the elements of art, if you know them, are included in photography.

I would say that photography that stands out to people is an image that captures their ming, gets a point across, or is bold, but not too busy and chaotic, something that you can look at and connect with.

I'm not an expert, but letsee...
Photography is undeniably an art. And for me, art is all about throwing your perspective out there for the world to see. It's like letting people have a glimpse into life through your personal looking glass.
So photography for me is all about showing people the world through your eyes via use of the camera. That's probably not the best answer but...
