I know that Figment is a writing website, but I'm having the most extreme difficulty trying to log in. I've the account for, like, ever. But when I tried logging in today, it wouldn't let me.
If I tried connecting through Facebook, I was told my email was already taken. If I tried logging in the old-fashioned way (with an email and password), I was told that my account wasn't active. Which confused me because I've used the account before.
Can anyone help me? I'd really like to get back on Figment :(
Oh, Amanda, I thought of something! Do you still get email notifications when someone follows you, or a story gets updated? If you do, then email the Figment site, because it's their problem, not a problem with your email. However, if you aren't getting those emails, then it probably IS a problem with your email account. So, you'd probably need to just make another Figment account, with a different email account.
