OceanStorm, have you ever been to Ireland?
Aw.. I'd love to go! I was wondering because I was thinking about writing a story about a boy or maybe a girl moving from Ireland to the US.
Okay, I don't know if this is a year you've heard of, it's pretty complaqated.....................2013! :D
No way!!!!!! Where have you been???? Destroying the moon or something? :D
Okay.........not quite sure what that is. But if I put my story on this thread, would you tell me what you thought of it?
Oh..... How many LOTR movies do you have?
I KNOW YOU DO!!!!!!! Hahaha. Do you ever use the Teen Ink chat?
I use it a good bit. Maybe I'll see you some time. Which ones do you normally use?
Me too!! Hahaha.
Hey, Ocean, I'm writing a novel that I'm going to post on here. Once it comes out, you may like it. It's got selkies and merrows in it, along with several other magical creatures.
Also, I've got a question about selkies, if you don't mind.
Oh, it's fine. Where were you? Also, I looked up selkies on the internet, and the ones in my book are different than traditoanail selkies. Also, I found the answer to my question, I think. My question was how long a selkie can go without being a seal, but, like the idiot I am, I forgot that a lot of the stories about selkies begin with a selkie woman being kiddnapped and having her skin stolen, and end with a child finding it several years later......................
Okay. That all sounds like fun! And, the thing about the male selkies deosn't really matter, because it's mostly a girl selkie in the book. Romance, ya know? ;)
Haha! Also, there is one very strange selkie in my book. Because he's not just a selkie....
Um.....his father is a selkie, but his mother is half human and half merrow.
Yeah! It means that he can also use the magic that the merrows use. The selkies in mybook have their own magic, but it's nots as powerful as the merrows' magic or the magic that humans and dragons use.
I hope it is!
