i really, really, really need to work on getting more sleep!!!! or maybe school is very draining for me. on average, i get about 7 hours of sleep; however, i sometimes push it. on my worst days, i go to sleep at 11:30. for some teens, this may be very early. but for me, this is a very late and horrible bedtime. yesterday, i went to bed at 9:50. i don't think i've went to bed that early in about 2 years, lol!!!!!! i just wanted some advice on whether i'm getting enough sleep or if im just experiencing the tiredness of school?
Well the amount you're supposed to be getting is 8-10 hours of sleep. Is it hard for you to fall asleep or do you just have so much work that you can't get enough sleep?
it doesn't take me very long to fall asleep, it only takes about 20 minutes for me. i just sometimes all of a sudden get a very tired feeling, then it leaves. it usually happens about an hour after i've exercised.
Maybe it's happening because you keep realizing that you're getting tired. When you realize that, then you usually get unsleepy again. A least that's what I've experienced.
i wake up every morning school or no school at 5:30 so i can walk my dog and say goodbye to my parents before tyhey go to work( there both in the navy)but i go to bed at 9:30
my bedtime used to be 9:45, now it's like 10:30. I think it's just school though. :D
