HI, I'm new to this website. But I have been part of several creative writing clubs. I always enjoyed chain/collaborative writing. Does anyone have an idea that they want to start up? I'm kind of stuck, so suggestions for a kick start would be amazing! Thank you!

Doctor who reference? Nice... I think an interesting idea would be... The world is coming to an end in a world. It could be earth, but I'd prefer it to be another planet. Also we could feature superpowers, kinda mythical but our own look on things.

Yes, I am the biggest Whovian you will ever meet. It's kind of my nerdy allowance. I'm actually fairly normal, but I have to keep that to maintain my nerdy side. Hmm... different planet- I like it. Thanks for the idea! I'm not good at starting, so this will be something good to get me going. Thanks! If you want to help me keep this going, that would be great!

Um.... I've only watched two episodes. But otherwise I'll watch more when I have the time (I'm really busy these days) My friends are kinda big doctor who fans too.

How about a kid who is born with the power to create anything at will, and another kid who can erase anything at will, they are both immune to the each other's powers. I'm thining it could be kinda romance and comedy with action. So the boy is the eraser and the creator is the girl. Otherwise they can meet each other and become great friends.

Heres what I've managed to come up with:
She was always trying to thwart me. Ever since the time we had met, all those years ago. When we were 6, to be exact. I had discovered that i could do this cool thing. I could just look at something, picture it being gone, and POP, it would no longer be there! But she was always putting those things back. I don''t know how she did it. But because of these powers, we had formed a special bond over the years. We just didn't know how important they would be later.

That sounds good. I was thinking though, like they were opposite. You know? So this boy, I was thinking he'd be bitter, since he can erase everything he has a darker view on the world. While the girl is the optimist. I do like the idea of them knowing each other... Maybe they could've gotten seperated when they were small, not like adoption. But like... close family friends...It's up to you.

Oh ok. I see what you mean. I thought maybe they start out as friends, then later they end up sort of going their own ways, and seeing each other in battle later, probably resulting in both of their deaths. (I like tragedies)

That sounds good... I do like tragedies, though, a more in depth of what I mean is like, They get seperated right? Then some years later, they meet each other by chance. I do like that idea of a tragedy... But then again. Maybe we should do a part where the guy starts dying due to his extreme use of his power to protect the girl or the other way around. We should make it impactful...

I was thinking that the erase's name is Deleo (Latin for erase?) and the girl's name can be Grace... Does that sound okay to you?

Yeah that sounds awesome. But since it's Latin, and most people don't know what it means, I think we should have kind of an inside joke between us. Meaning, the name should be the exact opposite of what it actually is. So instead of erase, we could name him create or build or something like that. I think that's good. It's fun to mess with readers like that because then there will be those select few that actually get that.

maybe, Facere? or creaollo? That's combining latin root words. crea is create and ollo is other? Btw I found these online so if your wondering how I'm getting these.
