Pertaining to the Retaining of Rights

I have a quick question. If I have a novel that I want published at some point, and I want to post one of the chapters for feedback. Would that chapter continue to be my intellectual property after I post it, and would I retain the right to use that chapter in the final draft of my novel? I tried to read the terms of service, but couldn't translate the legalese. Thanks a bunch in advance!

Hi Ecriveur,
Basically, we reserve the right to publish anything on the website in our magazine, with any small changes as we see fit. This does not mean that we take all rights to your work. It still remains your property, and outside of Teen Ink you may do with it as you please. :)
Thanks, Mod
