Don't worry about what other people think. Do what you think is best for you, and if they don't like it, they can walk away. Whoever will stand by your side is someone worth befriending. I'm not super good at advice, but I hope this helps, and I wish you the best. :)

Listen, I don't know if you will ever read this, but if you do, trust me, please, I just want to help.
Asking for help is NOT a sign of weakness. It's actually a sign of strength that you know there is a problem and you need to talk about it. Do not just let what other people think about you reflect your actions. You need to do what you think is best for you. If you really need to talk to someone, go to your favorite teacher and talk to them. There is no shame in asking for help or needing to talk.
Another way to deal with it is through a hobby. Channel your emotions when you write, sing, dance, draw, play a sport, etc. If you don't have a hobby, pick one up. You are never to old to learn guitar or start tennis.
If you need anything else, just ask. I really do want to help.

I think the best thing to do is talk. No one will think your weak, they will just think your strong, and even if they do think your weak, so what that is their problem. Trust me, I have felt like that many times, you will feel much better
