People around the world diet. But is it ok for teens to do? I've researched it and found very risky weight loss tips out there for us teens. For instance there is a 3 day diet that requires you eat and drink almost nothing with a guarenteed 10 pound weight loss. It even said not approved by doctors. What do you think about information like that being only a click away?

I honestly think dieting is quite dumb. I believe that people should just eat healthy balanced meals and be more concious of what they are ingesting (yes Ik this can be difficult to really do on a daily basis and there should be a little wiggle room for it) and put in enough excersise to keep yourself healthy and happy. It may take a little work, but honestly if you are thinking of ingesting nothing but water and diet pills for a week straight you should probably be determined enough to do this.
