I personally love tattoos. Other peoples opinions?

I just don't think tattoos are a good idea... I mean, once they're on, they're on for good! =D Also, I especially don't like tattoos in suggestive places. That's just... I dunno, not right?

I'm not a fan of tattoos in you know...places like that, or being used in a lustfull way.
But I think tattoos are a lovely way of self expression and people should get them if they want them. :)
Personally, I would only get incredibly meaningful tattoos. And I would much rather have wrinkles with art on them than plain old wrinkles ;)

My oldest brother has two on his left bicep. They have vines and things on them, and his son and daughter's names. One for each of them.

Ha ha this is funny I had a dream that my mom snuck me into a tattoo parlor while I was asleep and I didn't know and I woke up and I had tattoos of vines and flowers going from my shoulder all the way down my back and starts to stop at my collarbone I was like "What the...awesome" and it all happened while I was asleep. Pretty cool right. Well anyways I would get a tattoo of my kids names and song lyrics important to me or a quote I feel is significant. Somewhere on my shoulder and back area. But I will NEVER tattoo on a boyfriend's or even my husband's name. Oh and one last thing I saw that was epic, this lady I saw she had a tattoo of her baby's exact footprint on her back it was like the print they copy when your kid is first born :)

I'm getting quotation marks on my hands underneath my pinky on each hand. I really LOVE tattoos. I want a wrist one, a song lyric on my forearm, one on my foot, and one behind my ear.

I of course mean no offense to people who have tattoos or are planning to get them, but I really do not like them. Truth be told, I have seen so many poorly done/cheesy/etc. looking body ink. It just doesn't appeal to me. There's also so many people that have them now, that it kind of loses its significance in my opinion.

Maybe a temporary tattoo is okay.... but I'm the kind of person that changes my mind a lot (I literally change my nailpolish design everyday) so I don't think that I could commit to a tattoo. Plus, you have to pick a design VERY carefully because you're going to be stuck with it for a loooong time

I can't stand color tattoos, and I don't really like meaningless tattoos (the exception being tribal tats or something on a guy, which I just find really hot). But I love meaningful ones.

I LOVE tattoos. Some of them turn out bad, but if the design means something to you, and you the artist knows what they're doing, tattoos can be beautiful works of arts. I have a lot of tattoos myself, and I love each and every single one of them.

I think they look interesting in some photos. But I would never get one myself. Especially since you can get temporary ones!! =) Personally, I try to avoid making perminent decisions I may later regret.

tattoo's are so good! I have three at the minute, about to book the fourth. But i guess they're only worth it if you know you want them, i think you need to have wanted them for at least half a year, just to make sure you're not going to change you mind? I think for girl's you also have to consider your wedding! You don't want a great big monster of a tattoo ruining a beautiful dress. I'm a girl, and mine are all in fairly hidden, or at least hide-able places so i can't become a victim of prejudice in certain aspects of life, such a s job interviews. Overall opinion - it's your body, so go for it! Make sure you're 100% first and nothing else matters. When you're really old you're going to be saggy and gross anyway, what's a bit of ink!

I like some tatoos... If you have ink all over your body, i think you need to take it easy, but a couple here and there can be sexy ;)

I plan to get a small tattoo when I'm older. I think tattoos are fun and creative, and can show commitment to something. I've seen many inspiring and cool tattoos, and I think that, as long as it's not in some crazy place, or says/shows anything vulagr, tattoos are great !

I think tatoos are okay as long as they have a meaning. Such as family , religion, stuff like that. I don't believe in tatoos of frivolous things, like naked girls.

Tattoos are so mesmirizing! I love looking at them. I would love to get some meaningful one but I'm terrified of needles. Some of the guys in my family have them and they are really cool. I just don't like them like all over the body. I understand a few meaningful ones but not to change your appearance completely.

personally, i would NEVER get one that was exclusively for decoration, or a lot in hard to hide places. I want a particular design when I'm 18 but i need to have something with meaning.

I love tattoos but I can't get one because I'm afraid of needles :/
