Stella put the rest of the cleaning supplies on the floor and began to sort through thr salvagable material. Half of it was gone, but the rest just needed to be cleaned. Then she set to work scrubbing paint out of the floor.
Suki quickly got to work beside her, biting her lip in concentration.
Stella sighed. "I just know this is gonna leave a stain." she mumbled. It always did, and it took forever to get out.
Suki bit her lip worriedly. "Will it?"
"Yup. This kind of paint always does." replied Stella, "And I think we've done all we can. I have a rug for when stuff like this happens; I'll just put it over this, okay?"
"Okay." Suki sighed quietly. She checked her watch and then bit her lip. "I have to go practice now. I always practice at the same time every day."
"Alright then. Thank you for helping, Suki." said Stella, standing and cracking her back.
"You shouldn't crack your back like that. It can lead to arthritis in your back later in life." Krissy said as she stood and stretched with herhands high above her head.
Suki quietly got up. She was used to kneeling on the floor, so she wasn't bothered. She quietly pushed her glasses up on her nose and moved to go back to her room, to get her instruments and take them to the music room.
"Aw, but it feels good." replied Stella.
"I know it feels good but there are better ways to crack your back." Krissy said standning and picking up her sabre.
Stella sighed. "Alright." she muttered, "So you ready?"
"To hang this? Of course I am!" Krissy said walking to her still packed boxes and searching for the supplies to mount the sabre to the wall.
Stella nodded. "You need any help?"
"Yes, please. There is a tool box in here somewhere. I need two nails, a hammer, and a pencil." Risa said fumbling through the contents of the cardboard box in front of her.
Stella nodded. She grabbed a pencil and then went to help search through the box.
"Here it is." Krissy said as she lifted a small tool kit from the box.
Stella straightened up. "Alright then, if that's all you need, then let's go."
Krissy set the sabre in her elbow, cradling it like a small child. "Where do you think I should hang it? I have lots of things to hang in there but they are all being shipped in."
"Well, I don't really know." replied Stella, "I'm really bad at layouts and stuff, so I usually get somebody else to help."
