Daevion's mouth dropped open and he lost concentration, the bule mist was rising again. He fought for conrtol and had it back in it's ball in a second, this guy had a very weak soul. Daevion looked over at the girl who was soaked in blood, but she could obviously see him. Carefuly he pulled out a jar and put the soul in it, sealing it magicly. Daevion looked at her, then snorted, under his breath he muttered as he turned away, "Folish mortal."
Vienna's eyes were widened in shock. Her side of the car hadn't taken the brunt of the collision, so she wrenched open the door and climbed out onto the pavement. She stood up, realizing there was blood everywhere on her. Nathan was motionless on the hood of the car. She ran over to him, and began sobbing. As the demon like figure turned away, Vienna called out to him, "Stop! Wait please come back! What did you do to my boyfriend?" Vienna began to follow him, but a sharp pain shot up her leg and she fell on the ground.
Daevion frowned, he had been about to travel, but this girl, this mortal girl, dared to speak to him? In an instant, he was leaning over her, breathing down her neck. His green eyes sparkled, mabey with madness or excitment, no one could tell. "And why, little girl, would I tell you that?" His voice was silky, as if it could just slip away.
Vienna felt a shiver of chills run down her spine as Daevion leaned over her. She shuddered for a moment. "You should tell me, because that's my boyfriend." Vienna growled through gritted teeth. She stood up, and limped away a few strides, though she there was obviously something peculiar about this... creature? She didn't know exactly what he was at the moment, but she guessed he had powers of some sort.
Daevion grinned, "Brave. You know it's a polite way to say stupid." He tilted his head, crazy grin still on his face. "Your boyfriend is dead. Get over it."
Vienna narrowed her eyes toward Daevion. "I already know that. You don't need to remind me." she grumbled, turning her gaze away from him and towards the jar in his hand with the blue mist that had risen from Nathan. "What did you do to him? What'd you put in that jar?" she questioned daringly.
Daevion looked at her. She could see him (and the jar) yet she knew nothing? He closed the gap between them in a second and grabbed her wrists so she couldn't pull away. He leaned in till their noses were almost touching staring into her emerald green eyes, his own virbrant green smirking. Dangerously quite, he whispered, "I took his soul"
As soon as he spoke, Vienna attempted to jump back, but his grip was too tight. Her emerald eyes were now pleading. "Where exactly are you going to take it, and what are you going to do with it?" Vienna practically whimpered. His hands were cold, he had an icy grip on her.
Daevion tightened his grip to one that was painful. He loved the pleading look in her eyes, as if she had some ounce of control over this situation. He said, "What would you do for him to be alive again?"
Vienna winced slightly as the grip tightened around her wrists. "Anything. I would do anything to have him alive again." she declared confidently. She didn't think her answer carefully through, she said it by impulse.
Daevion smiled nastely at her and relased her wrists. "You have too much confidence girl. As you guessed, I can work magic yes. A curse does need the reciptian's permission, but is stronger when it has it." He tucked the jar away and started to make the curse, the air shimmering around the girl.
((Woah, curse doesn't need recipitain's permission!))
Once Daevion had released her wrists, she rubbed at them as if it would make the pain of his grip go away. The air then began to glow and shimmer around her. Her eyes were widening more and more as the curse progressed, though she didn't know it was a curse. "WHAT are you doing?" Vienna screeched loudly.
(( Haha okay I get it now! :-P ))
Daevion finished the curse and dropped to a knee for a second, worn out from the curse. He got back up quickly though and grinned at her. He tryed it out, comanding, "Walk over here."
"No I am not walking over there!" Vienna protested. As she protested, her body was forced to walk forward, stopping an arm's length away from him. "What did you do to me?!" she shouted in Daevion's face. Her face was a bright red from being so angry.
((She doesn't know his name, nor does he know her name))
Daevion chuckled, low and nasty. "In five years of our time, your curse will be up and you can return with your boyfriend's soul."
(( Haha yeah I know. I just don't want to refer to him as the demon creature, she hasn't actually spoken his name yet heeehee :) ))
"Five years?!" Vienna screeched. "You've got to be joking, you mean I have to wait five years until I can see my boyfriend?" she cried out in desperation. "What kind of sick creature are you?" she said, glaring at him condescendingly.
"A demon angel." Daevion replyed calmly. "You ahven't even asked what your curse is yet either." He ran a cold finger down her cheek and across her jaw.
Vienna shivered as he ran his finger along her cheek. She had been too busy worrying about Nathan to ask what her curse was. Gulping, she asked, "Fine. What's my curse then?" she asked, her voice a bit shaky.
