Morgan hums a litlte tunne as she continues looking at the ceiling she lifts the sleeve on her jacket seeing only dried blood, the cut healed... ' Thank goodness' she thought in releif to her self. She kept the jacket on and put the hood over her head wondering what to do untill the teacher get's there.
Drew wandered around, glancing over the drawing. He looked up occasionally. Almost as if looking for her.
Morgan get's bored and she stands up and whispers, " I don't think the teacher will mind me takinga detour.." she looks around and walks out of the classrom twords her locker passing a few halls.
Drew walked and suddenly ran into someone.
Morgan felt another bump as she caught herself right before falling and she looks at the person realizing it's Drew and her face saddens " Again??" She looks at Drew apologetically and she softly follows with a " Sorry.."
"What for?" Drew asks, hurriedly taking a few steps back. He sniffed lightly, confused. She wasn't bleeding any more...
She looks at her locker past Drew and sighs looking back" For almost running into you.. Again" she starts walking past Drew twords her locker and she starts twisting the lock putting her code in .
Drew shrugged quietly, reaching up to tug the hood lower over his head. His eyes seemed to glow a little.
Morgan opens her locker noticing the cleanlyness of everything and how organized, she quickly glances at Drew noticing he pulled his hood down more she stares for a little at his back and then her eyes move to her locker " Why do you do that?"
Morgan takes off the jacket and shoves it in her locker only a small trace of blood on her arm, she rubs it off as the scent spreads in the air from the friction.
Drew took a breath. "Because I thrive in darkness."
Morgan smiles thinking of something funny and she looks twords his back at the hood wanting him to turn " So... I should be afraid of you?" twiddling witha pencil in his hands.
"Very." Drew sighed resignedly. It was clear he wasn't joking.
Drew's tone sent chills down her spine making goosebumps jump on her arms. Morgan slowly began walking around him to his front and said clearly " Well.. I can take care of myself in the darkness.. I'm not afraid" her tone showing she's lying just a little.
"It's better to stay in the light." Drew whispered.
Morgan walks around to Drew's side and see's only a small portion of his nose and she takes a step but doesn't move just waiting " Why should I stay in the light?... What if I'm blinded by the light?.... Or what if I've already seen the darkness?" the image of Kyo cutting his hand flashes over her eyes.
Drew sighed wearily, sadly. "Jut...I wish I could walk in the light. Maybe then, I wouldn't hurt people."
Morgan lays a hand on Drew's shoulder as it seems to have a little of healing effect and she stays to the side of him. " You can walk in the light.." she looks down wondering why he can't and then back at his darkened face " I.. I can help you..I've helped others.." totally regretting losing herself and cutting her arm in the band room as it doesn't help her own situation.
Drew flinched away from her touch. "No, I can't. I've already tried."
Morgan drops her hands shoving them in her jeans pocket. She looks down a little saddened and hesitates " I-I'm sorry, I .... " she forget's what to say and starts turning around walking slow and sad trying to think twords the math room.
Drew watched her go with a hint of sadness in his glowing gray eyes.
