Everlee flinched slightly at his touch but nodded. "Yeah, okay." She had followed behind him, stopping just before the ground dipped, opening her mouth to warn Felix but not speaking up quick enough. She ran down the hill and kneeled down next to him, "Are you okay?!" She asked, notcing the wolf getting closer. She gasped when Felix jumped up and grabbed her wrist, pulling her along behind him. She kept up pace with him but they weren't going to make it to the building in time... there was still a field between them and the entrance. She stopped and twisted her arm to release herself from Felix's grasp before turning to the quickly approaching wolf. Her tattoo started to burn against her back, the light from it glowing brightly through the black material of her dress as she closer her eyes and started whispering to herself. Suddenly a swarm of bats flew out of the forest and attacked what was once a threat, making the wolf stop and hightail it back in the other direction trying to get away from being mauled.
Closed her eyes**
(I'm gonna pack it in for tonight. I'll reply tomorrow! Bye!)
(( Bye, Bye :) ))
((haha hans is my nickname I'm loving being called Hans. And I wrote roleplay on this one website where everyone wrote in first person plus I'm used to writing in third person idk I'll write third person SKYLAR WHERE YOU AT MY RIBS ARE BROKEN AND MY WAND IS GONE HELPPPP))
((They story is confusing me))
((Okay, my deduction-werewolves from a rival high school have sabotaged the first day bonfire, my character is being helped by a werewolf who helped her get out of the chaos and into a more deserted area of the woods not too far from the school, Everlee and Felix are on their own as well, trying to escape pursuing wolves, and I think you're still at the bonfire. Sorry if I caused any confusion. Anything else that's confusing you?))
Alfred walked through the forest slightly annoyed, the bonfire, which he had skipped last year, had been crashed this year by a bunch of fools who called themselves werewolfs. Mindless mutts, That's what they are. He thought to himself, but quickly forgot his train of thought as he heard footsteps, approaching fast none-the-less, in the distance.
"Another mutt?" he asked the air around him, leaning against a tree as he made out the shadow of a werewolf. The look of fear in its eyes was unmistakable and Al' laughed to himself as the wolf bounded off in the direction opposite the school
What scared a mutt that badly? He asked himself deciding he'd investigate and maybe find just a little bit of trouble along the way, as he started walking towards the school.
Felix watched the werewolf, and was fixated on the back of Everlee's shoulder, where the tattoo was just burning bright.
"Wha-..." He was about to ask, but was cut off by the sound of more footsteps.
Are you kidding me? Thought Felix, and his hand balled up into a fist. But, it was a pleasant surprise when he saw Alfred Arcadeth crest the hill and look down. A smile stretched across Felix's lips, and he Shadowformed. Quickly bounding up the hill, Felix then materialized next to Alfred and said,
Everlee stopped, releasing the bats and dropped down on one knee. She was out of breath and her shoulder was in serious pain... though the pain wasn't as bad as it was before coming to the school, she was also alot strong then before and she really had to thank her father for it. She looked up at the top of the hill as someone emerged from the forest.
"Not gonna get me with that man, That trick lost its novelty back in middle school. Right after you made good ole' Darren crap herself with it." Al' said with a smirk as he remembered their old antics. "So what'd you do to send that pup' runnin'? That was one of the biggest of those berks at the bonfire." Alfred grinned at the prospect of Felix making him run off. "I honestly thought they were ready to start eating half of us." He added, with a laugh.
Al' saw Felix for a second and knew what was about to happen, seeing as they'd been friends even before both of them came to this school. Felix was about to try and scare him and make him crap himself, like their old friend Darren.
"OH CRA-Not. That's atleast the 100th time you've tried that one Felix. You're not gonna get me" Al' said with a smirk on his face. "Now mind telling me why that pup ran like he had just gotten caught breaking into a bank? He was one of the biggest ones at the bonfire, and you're not much to contest him man. No offense" He laughed.
As Alfred reached the top of the hill he noticed Felix, blinked and then saw he was gone. Figuring Felix was gonna try and scare him, like always, he prepared for him to pop out near him.
"Oh my god you scared me so badly(!)" Alfred sneered. "So how'd you send that pup running?" He asked. "Seriously that one was huge and looked like he could eat the school, I doubt you'd be able to take him for more than a minute." Al' grinned as he made the remark, laughing to himself.
Felix chuckled, and remarked,
"You'd be surprised with how many new tricks I've learned, kiddo. And on the mutt note, I was lucky enough to have my new friend, Everlee, scare the beast off."
Felix motioned for Everlee to come join him, and then said,
"Everlee, meet Alfred Arcadeth. Al', meet Everlee."
Everlee saw Felix appear at the top of the hill and start talking to someone she didn't recognize. When Felix motioned for her to come up the hill she pushed herself to her feet and slowly made her way up, stopping at the top. She looked at the other boy, Alfred was his name, as Felix introduced them and stuck out her hand for a hand shake. "Nice to meet you."
(Gotta go for the night, be back tomorrow.)
((Sorry I'm running this with such a loose hand y'all I'm working this kiddie camp for cheer and I'm a mascot so I've been coming home gross and tired but it's over tomorrow I'll try to focus haha.))
Izzy looked up into Skylar's confused face with a grimace. "Um, I broke some ribs and this guy is helping me."
The wolf was staring down, chewing on the edge of his jacket nervously.
"Well, if you were expecting me to help, you'll be dissapointed. My wand is back at the room."
Izzy groaned. "C'mon Skylar! Could you get it? Or my wand? Or help?"
She huffed. "Fine, I saw a group headed this way anyway. I'll go ask them about their wands."
The wolf looked nervous. "I'll go," he mumbled.
"No, you're fine," Izzy replied immediately.
"Bonfire," he reminded me, and she nodded.
"Well, thank you for helping me. Try not to get beaten too bad this year," Izzy joked.
He grinned a wolfish (if you'll excuse the pun) grin. "We won't." Then he galloped back into the woods with a loud howl that was followed like several others. Sounds like a Captain, Izzy mused.
Skylar ran off, and when she came back, she was followed by three others. Izzy gave a low groan when she saw the boy on the left. "Not you again!" It was Felix.
