"No." Grace smirked. She did it. "Tell me what you want with me." She moved grabbing his shirt, her face inches form his. "My family."
Lance gazed into her eyes, " why would I tell you anything?" he smirked back. "no... I don't think I will" he grabbed her hand holding her hand tightly.
"What if I make you?" Grace said, holding tight to his hand as she stepped even closer, her chest pressed to his nearly. "I can do that you know."
Lance pressed his whole body to the wall, "no... No you can't" he half whispered. " get away from me Grace" he growled. " I'm not telling you anything."
"Yes you will." Grace snarled. She gripped at the front of his shirt. "You know me. And you know I don't mess around. You also know I'm a lot tougher than I look."
Lance smiled, " the yiu should know that I could hurt you" he shoved her back into a wall. " that I don't mess around either... Grace" he hissed into her ear, then lulled back. He gazed at her for a moment, " the more you try to uncover, the more trouble you'll find yourself in Grace" he whispered. " I'm suppose to protect you" his voice was back to hard again.
"I am nothing but trouble, so why shouldn't I find myself in it?" Grace asked, "I don't think you will hurt me." She gripped tighter at him, pulling him to her as she was smashed into the wall. "I don't think you can."
Lance growled and pushed her away again, he swore under his breath in a different language. He glared at her fiercely, "I know your smart Grace, and the smartest thing to do, is walk away and pretend like this never even happened.
"Oh Lance, you credit me far too much." She gripped at his hand tightly, holding it. "I'm smarter than you think. And I do love knolage..."
Lance gazed at her, "your very persistent...." he muttered, ge finally let go of her hand and looked away from her. He smirked slightly, " alright Grace... I'll tell you everything you want to know...." he turned to her. " if you can find out where I live."
"No deal. You tell me everything I want to know. Except where you live." She crossed her arms. "Seems fair. Then you can act like this never happened."
Lance grinned at her cmshaking his head. "nope...." he whispered. "i'll be waiting Grace..." he manipulated the shadows, disappearing in them and then skipping past her and started ribbon again.
Grace stood in shock. She was so close... Only to let it slip out of her fingers. So Beth very close...
Lance ran a hand through his hair, she was so close... She is so beautiful... His head jerked up slightly. Oh no no no, he could not be having those thoughts now! He shoved his hands in his pockets as he walked. No.
Grace raced to her apartment. She would look for him. Tonight. She moved gathering things she might need, flashlight, ect. And then took a deep breath. She would check the woods.
Lance walked through the woods close to her house. He went deeper and deeper until he found his cave. He went into it, he knew that it wasn't really a suitable home, but he liked it, it was comfortable. He turned on a small lantern and sat down.
Grace ducked out in her jeans, boots and sweatshirt. She stepped into the woods and tools deep breath.
'I can do this. I can do this.' She told herself over and over. She had to find him. To know.
Lance decided to turn off the lantern so she wouldn't see the light if she searched the forest. He went into the darkest corner of the cave, and waited.
Grace searched and searched. But nothing g. heard a noise, then a growl. She took a few steps back, then ran. She heard stocked crunching behind her as she did so. She ducked into a nearby cave, and whatever it was seemed to vanish. Scared away by the... Empty cave? She walked into it, letting her wonder get the best of her.
Lances eyes widened as he heard her come in, he cod feel her come in. He curled up into the corner, he covered himself with shadows and made himself vanish just to make sure. He knew that it was unfair, she had found out where he lived, but he still couldn't tell her anything.
