Felix stirred the stew, his mind still on Ana. He loved her... A small smile on his lips, his eyes clouded as he dreamed still stirring.
Ana was walking as silently as possible. But then she heard something behind her, and she saw a hunter from before. Fear rose within her. She froze, realizing he was staring right at her.
Felix looked at the door, he tried not to worry. But his heart beat picked up... She would be back...
It felt like an eternity of just staring at each other before the hunter called out for others nearby, and Ana took off running as fast as she could, aiming for the tribe since she didn't want to lead them home.
Felix knew she should be here by now. Ge walked out looking around, he called out softly, " Ana?"
Ana ended up stumbling and falling to the ground. A hunter caught up to her and pointed a gun at her. "Don't move." He said, smirking slightly. Ana let out a scream, hoping Felix would hear her.
Felix heard her faintly and his tail shot up. He darted into the forest, "ANA!!" trying to draw attention away from her.
Ana shook with fear as the hunter stood over her, apparently contemplating what to do with her while his friends were catching up.
Felix burst into a clearing, he looked around frantically. "ANA!!" he yelled again as he started running again.
That time, Ana heard it, and so did the hunter. He looked away, his gun moving from it's position aimed at her. She darted.
Felix ran through the forest, his eyes darting everywhere, "Ana?!" he called out, looking around frantically for any sign of movement.
"Felix!" Ana called back, still trying to get to the tribe. There was the sound of gunfire, and Ana was sure it nearly hit her it ws so close whizzing by.
Felix ran and then he heard a gun fire, his heart jumped. "ANA!!" he screamed.
Ana burst into a clearing where she expected the tribe, but then she realized she'd gotten turned around. The tribe was the other way. She felt tears beginning to stream she was so afraid. "Felix!" She screamed.
Felix heard her scream his name he started to turn in the direction of her scream, but then someone slammed into him. Ge went to the ground hard, "come're cat!" the leaders voice snarled as ge dragged him back by the hair.
There was another gunshot, a warning shot. "If you know what's good for you girlie, you'll come quietly." The man growled, now backed by a partner. Ana had no choice but to surrender. They tied her wrists behind her back and one picked her up, throwing her over his shoulder.
Felixs face slammed into the dirt, he snarled, trying to get free of his iron grip that for sure bruised his wrists. " stay still!" he tied him up tightly, his feet together as well and then hauled him up.
Ana shouted at the men and kicked until they took the extra measures to gag her and bind both her arms and her legs effectively. She sank as low as sobbing helplessly after that as they carried her back to their camp.
The leader, who he had heard some of his followers call him Mark, had tied him tightly to a chair once they got to their camp. He held the whip in his hands circling him slowly.
Ana was carried and dumped within sight of Felix. She was bound to a post, and no matter how much she struggled, the only thing she accomplished was getting slapped hard across the face.
