Amos looked down at Cassy with pain on his face. He knew they would do exactly as they said, yet he couldn't go willingly, he couldn't give up! Amos hugged Cassy to his chest, unsure of what to do.
"Amos...I don't want to be sepparated from you again..." Cassy whispered.
Amos gasped. He pulled back and kissed her hard.
Cassy kissed him hard and passionately.
Amos let himself fall into her. Finaly he pulled back and whispered, "I'm sorry." Amos looked up at the offcails and sighed. "I'll go willingly." He looked down so no one could see the gleam in his eyes.
Cassy clung to him still, even as the officials nodded. "Very well. Both of you come."
Amos walked foward his arm around Cassy, his head down. He wasn't sure yet what he was going to do, but he won't let him and Cassy go down without a fight. Afraid the officails may relise he wasn't going willingly, Amos forced tears to his eyes, though it wasn't too hard.
Cassy kissed his cheek, whispering so low, even he would have to think hard to know what she said. "Please don't try anything. Not yet."
It took Amos a moment to figure out what she had said, she had whispered so quietly. Making it look like he was shaking, he gave the tinyest of nods, anyone but Cassy would see it as a shiver.
Cassy pulled back just enough they could walk, but still clung to him.
Amos kept walking knowing that right now, there was nothing he could do. Amos slipped his arm out of Cassy's grip and grabbed her hand.
Cassy whimpered softly as they started moving.
Amos kept his head down as they walked. After a couple of hours they were blindfolded and walked for a few more hours. ((that okay?))
(It's fine.) Cassy whimpered and whined now and then. The walking was killing her. Unlike anyone else there, she wasn't used to travel. It was killing her. She ached all over, and was ready to collapse.
Amos heard her wimpers now and then and pulled her into her, taking a little bit of weight off of her. Once he tryed carrying her, but the shaddows forced him to put /cassy down.
((what should it look like do you sopose? And should they only see the cell?))
(Don't worry, I'll set the scene :) )
Eventually, they stopped. Cassy had her fold lifted, but her hands bound behind her back. They did the same to Amos. Cassy looked up at where they were, and the sight made chills run up her spine. The place was like that haunted mansion on the hill where the witch lived, except it felt like it was made of shadow, it was so black. And it was not in a hill, but in the middle of a forest. On top of that, there was no witch. Only shadows. Monsters. Things that were real...
Amos stepped closer to Cassy and looked upon the scene with cold eyes. He had never seen the outside of it, but this didn't suprize him. They were pushed into a walk and Amos walked foward calmly. Once they were in there, no escape could be made. They had to act quickly
Cassy bit her lip. "Amos I'm scared..." She whispered. "I want to go home..."
Amos didn't respond except to step closer to her. The shaddows had forgotten something about Amos, he was flexable. Beyond human flexable. Before now he could never reach his boot, but now the shaddows thought that they were less likely to run if their hands couldn't be free, so they were slightly off them. Amos quickly flexed his hands out of his bonds and crouched down to his boot. He pulled out a few small dagers and threw one each into each shaddow. It didn't kill them, but it pulled them apart for a second. A second was all Amos needded to scoop up Cassy and run off. They were miles away before the shaddows regrouped.
Cassy clung tightly to Amos, trusting him and waiting for them to get to safety, wherever that may be.
