"Yeah," Cole smiled weakly. There were nearing the gas station now. Cole entered the parking lot and parked it. "Now, I'm going to get some stuff and uh, you can wait if you want." Cole got out of the car and hurried off to buy some beer and ice.
Mitchee sat in the car with a questioning look. First he says he can't. Then he says he will go. Then he sounds so upset about it. What is going on with him? Mitchee thought.
Cole went in the gas station and he grabbed some packs of beer, then some ice. He went up and payed the cashier after showing his ID. Cole walked out of the gas station and put the stuff in the back seat. He got in the car, "okay, let's go."
"Are you ok? You seem a little upset about something." Mitchee said taking Cole's hand.
Cole raised an eye, "Why would I be upset?" Cole asked. He asked himself if he was upset in his thoughts. He examined how he was acting, "I don't... think I'm upset..." He said after a second. Then he turned the car on and drove it away.
"It seems like something is bothering you. Are you sure you're alright?"
"If I'm not alright then I can't find it." Cole anwsered. "So I'm probably alright."
"Ok. Imma grab one of those beers outta the backseat. You want one?" Mitchee said unbuckling and turning around in her seat.
"Can't, driving. Too distracting." Cole said.
"Fine." Ally grabbed a beer and took off her flip flop, showing the bottle opener on the bottom. She quickly popped the cap off the beer and took a swig.
Cole drove down the road, a little past the speed limit but he wouldn't get caught. A few minutes later, they arrived back at the party. Cole exited the car and opened the door for Mitchee.
Mitchee finished her beer and went to grab another. "Want one this time?" Mitchee joked
"Yeah, already getting one." He grabbed everything out of the back seat and went into the house. He put the beer and ice on the table. When he was finished, he grabbed a beer and opened it.
Ally grabbed her own beer and opened it using the counter top.
((Ahem, Mitchee not Ally))
Cole grabbed his bottle opener from his keychains and popped off the bottlecap. He took a gulp of it and looked at Mitchee, "cmon." Cole said. "Let's go into the living room. Most of the party is outside but I don't really care."
((Oh god I'm sorry. Been working all day. I'm soo tired))
Mitchee took Cole's hand and walked with him to the living room.
Cole walked to the living room and sat down on the sofa. He leaned back and held the beer out. He took another sip of it. "Mitchee, remember Tommy, one of my best friends?"
"Yes, the top heavy one who played the french horn." Cole anwsered.
"Yea! I remember him."
