Gloria became even more flustered when she noticed one person had suddenly dissappeared. "Hey! Hey, hey...? HEY! One of you guys is gone! I wonder what kind of jam he liked!!!!!"
Already sidetracked off the subject of a dissappearing person, she turned to the girl who had just acknowledged her existence. "Yes yes! I like strawberry, too! Thank you for showing me where the girl's dorms are! I need somewhere to put all my jam!!!!" She opened one of her bags to show that it was completely full of jars of various types of jam.
Jaden looked down at Gloria's bag full of jam. Well aren't you a character, he thought to himself. "Whoa there, that's quite the collection of jam you got there! We're almost to the dorms, just one more street then we take a left. How'd you end up here?" he chirped to Gloria. As he awaited a reply, he looked around to see where Adri had gone. "Adri?..... Adri?" he called out.
Adri heard Jaden's call even from his distance. Adri sighed. You can't make friends and you know why, Even though he had paused, Adri contined on again. Once he got to the dorms, he found his room number and went in.
((Hey Star, want to have Adri and Jaden be roomates?))
Gloria noticed the girl calling out a guy's name. "Oh! Adri? Is that the guy who dissappeared? Where did he go? Is he afraid of jam, maybe? OOo, I feel so bad now!" Gloria opened one of the jam jars and started scooping it into her mouth, still muttering and rocking back and forth in the fetal position.
Ingrid had finally found the mind of a small insect to climb into. She had been blissfully scuttling across the pavement when a heavy step killed the tiny bug and jolted her back to reality. She had no idea what had just been going on.
She wondered fi someone had spoken to her.
"uh.." she muttered
(( Sounds good to me Greek! :) ))
Jaden led the girls a bit further down the street. "Alright, well this is where we part ways for now. Take a left, and the girls' dorms are right around the corner. Maybe I'll see you around!" he called, and turned right and headed toward the boys' dorms. At last, he had found the correct door number. He used a key to get in, and noticed Adri already in there. Slapping him on the back in a friendly manner Jaden shouted, "Hey man! Looks like we're room mates! Awesome!" He plopped his backs on the floor and switched on the TV. "Looks like it's gonna be a great year here now!"
Adri looked at the guy in horror, then quickly wiped his face of emotion. Adri turned his back and started to unpack. this is bad, this is very bad! Adri thought. The guy was starting to grow on him, and Adri couldn't have any friends.
Jaden glanced over at Adri as he began to unpack. Turning his attention back to the TV screen, he began flipping through channels. "So, what class have ya got first?" he chirped. He eventually settled on the sports network, though he was paying no attention to it. Sports weren't really his forte.
Adri continued to unpack. "English." He said dully. Inside he was freaking out. He had been overwhelmed before and now, this might be too much. With his back to Jaden, Adri's shoulders shook and he calmed, or tryed to at least, his breath.
Opening her eyes and removing her thumb from her mouth, Gloria noticed that the guys had left her. A large building loomed in front of her. "Oh! These must be the dorms!" She quickly gathered her jam jars back into her suitcases, wiped the strawberry jam a saliva off her hands with her jeans, and started trudging toward the dorms. She looked behind her at the girl who seemed to have just come out of some kind of trace. "You comin'?"
((Want Gloria and Ingrid to be roomates?))
Jaden glanced over at Adri, who seemed a bit nervous or anxious. With concern in his eyes, Jaden spoke to Adri. "You okay man? You seem a bit shooken up.."
Jaden narrowed his eyebrows. He decided to make a bit of a joke out of it, "Is my presence too much for you to handle?" he laughed, concern still filling his eyes.
Adri screamed in his head, YES! It was too much for him. He had to get out of there. Adri shook himself and mentaly scolded himself. He didn't have to get close to the guy, didn't even have to talk to him. Adri snapped out, "I'm fine." With a short sigh, he contined to unpack, not turning around to Jaden.
Jaden was taken aback at Adri's cold manner. "Fine then," Jaden scoffed. "If this is how you're gonna be then this is gonna be one h*** of a year!" He turned off the tv and slammed the remote down. Turning his back away from Adri he hurriedly unpacked. Stuffing all his clothes in the dresser drawers, he could feel the anger rising inside him. Within a few long and anger filled strides, he left the dorm, slamming the door behind him.
((can't really do anything until someone else posts....))
((Sorry Read, don't know where everyone is!))
Adri kept his back turned as Jaden slamed the remote down and unpacked. His hands quivered, hovering over his cloths, he really didn't want to be alone, it wasn't his choice. Adri breathed in and let a shaky breath out. Sundenly he turned around, letting Jaden see his tear stained cheeks. "Look, I'm sorry man, I've been a jerk." A singal tear came down Adri's face even as he tryed to hold them back.
Jaden heard Adri cry out from behind him. He stepped back into their dorm, and saw Adri's tear stained face. His heart dropped, he hadn't realized that Adri had this side to him. Immediately feeling sympathetic, Jaden began to smile. "It's alright man, just trying to be friends." he said patting Adri on the back. "I just don't want to feel alone in this place. It's bad enough that my family just left me here." he murmured softly.
Adri collected himself. He smiled back at Jaden. "Thanks. I was asking around, and every seems to be here because of parents. No one chose to come here on their own." Adri found this as weird, most people chose to go to boarding places. "Wonder why so many parents wanted their kids here of all places."
((lol not your fault! Just letting people know I'm still here, if anyone besides us three was still on..))
((Here I'll come out of the dorm! Then you have someone to talk to!))
Adri sighed. "Common, lets go for a walk." Adri left the appartment with Jaden and went outside. He saw the weird girl who came up right before Adri had left the group.
Gloria saw the guys from before. "Hey, it's you! The guy who dissappeared! Is is because you're allergic to jam? I'm sorry! Sorry!" Reaching in a small pocket of one of her backpacks, she brought out a small jar of peanut butter. "This is the only other condiment I have. It's smooth, sorry if you like crunchy. I'll have to start carrying around crunchy, too....and maybe some butter...."
