((The relationship between Holloway and Sean is much more casual then it should be, they met a few years ago building plane engines.))
"Hmm, well, I'd say by the lack of explosions and getting sucked out into space, we're good." Sean said. "I think it's just a different model. The compression coil is shortened ya see. They streamlined the whole thing, tried to make it just as efficient with fewer parts. Pretty genius if you ask me." Sean shrugged and carefully navigated back to the ground. The air pressure was starting to even out again, but it still made him feel dizzy. He didn't particularly like space travel as much as flying in an airplane. He would prefer to stay on the ground all together actually. "Uh, you comin?" Sean asked, turning around.
"No, I'm good up here. This is the beating heart." Holloway says, without taking his eyes off the engine.
"Uh huh, well I'll leave you two alone." Sean says with a grin. "Sir." He adds, walking away.

Stet

"One black coffee, and another coffee with milk and sugar, Miss." Stet repeated, he turned and went inside, grabbing two mugs he put them under the large coffee maker and hit the button so the coffee went into the mugs.  He then took some sugar and milk and put them in one.
Stet came out and put them on the counter in front of the nurse,
"Here miss." he said, he touched his eye brow in a sort of salute,
"If you need anything else just call.  I'm Stet." he said.  Stet turned and went back into the kitchen.  Stet turned the ovens on and he grabbed a four mixing bowls, four large muffin pans, which he greased, and then he started to make four type of muffins, cinnamon-apple, chocolate chip, triple berry, and banana nut.  He started making the mixes and looked around the kitchen planning his next move.
He'd have to get the fruit and veggies out, those could be got out closer to serving time though, and he needed to set the dishes up.  In fact now that he thought of he had a lot of work to do.  Stet started to whistle Amazing Grace as he worked pouring the mixes into the muffin pans.

She grabbed up the two cups, giving a small, near-silent "Thanks," before running along back to the sickbay of the ship. Alec in his chair, took his, letting out a content sigh. "I figure we'll be getting a few visitors once we're on our way. They'll be wanting something for the nausea." He spoke, still gazing out the window. Elizabeth nodded. "Yeah, I would say so. What was it like your first time?"

He chuckled. "I nearly lost my lunch."

((Aircrafter: that's fine, i've been sick as a dog anyways for the past day. Sorla: okay, that's fine, but still, regardless of their past relationship the captain or the executive officer isn't gonna care, lolz.

Official Anouncement:
I need a system restore disk for my laptop and probably won't be able to acquire it for a whole week. So consider this roleplay, as of now, officially paused. When I come back again then we can keep playing.))

((Wow. Thanks for the bumps, Honor! :D. But don't worry about it, I've got the page bookmarked, so when I do post again, like as in now, it'll be at the top again :) I got my computer disk today. But here comes the hard part--getting my brother to help me with it :/))

((Well, everyone, [I DID get my brother to help me XD], it appears a system restore didn't do my computer any good :(. It's not working until further notice--I may just have to buy a new one. However, I do want to continue this roleplay regardless, it'll just be slow going. I'm of course asuming none of you guys have gotten bored with it?

Okay then, I'm going to say that I don't want more than one post a day from each of you, (because I don't want to be left behind). If that's fine with everyone, I'll probably be on later today...if not, I'll be on tomorrow with a fresh post for my charries))

((Thank you so much everyone for being patient with me!!))

Sebastian

It was a beautiful, but lonely place: space. Sagittarius had made the far side of the large moon ten minutes before and now Captain Rabottini could see the millions of stars dotting the black velvet behind Saturn and it's thousand rings. Flight Officer Commander Moore looked just as mesmerized.

Unfortunately for the crew though, such a view would not last. Their voyage was plotted to Ganymede, and the rout to the Jovian moon would point them directly into the Sun. All they'd be seeing for the two weeks in space, would be nothing but blackness.

A lonely place.

Sebastian turned from having placed his hand on the bridge rail just outside the airlock door when he heard it open again. Major Veicht stepped onto the bridge and nodded to his Captain--everything was in order. Sebastian sighed deeply, the refreshing new gulp of air expanding his chest. He straitened the red vest.

"Two weeks, Major Veicht," he said to his Executive Officer, handing him the comm.

Veicht smiled faintly, taking the small radio. "We'll be wishing it was a shorter time if anything goes wrong. Let's not have have an oxygen tank blow or some mishap similar, hmm?"

Sebastian looked sideways at him. "You're an optimist," he said sarcastically. "Look, this baby's my ship. She'll fly."

Lewis gave a sly smile. "Just doing my job." He flicked the switch on the radio, turning away from the captain to stare into empty space as he spoke to the entire Sagittarius crew. "Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, this is Major Veicht, you're Executive Officer. The next two weeks of our voyage will hopefully be relatively smooth. However, leisure is taking second place to function on this ship. You're not on your regular cruise liner! Crew will have access to all quarters except passenger rooms. Passengers will be restricted to public areas such as the mess, lounge,  medical bay, individual rooms and the cargo bay as well, but only if a crew member is present. Curfew is from twenty-one hundred hours to o-seven-hundred. Morning meal is at o-nine-hundred. Afternoon meal at fourteen-hundred and dinner at eighteen. There will however be beverages and some snack food between mealtimes.
"Our current view will only last for the next fifteen minutes as we clear Saturn. For some of us, seeing the mother-planet up close like this is a first. We won't, however, be seeing anything but empty space for the next two weeks until we reach the Jovian Moon System, so enjoy it while it lasts. Thank you."

Major Veicht flicked the switch off and sighed. "It took me a while to rehearse that."

"You're better at speech making than me," Sebastian remarked, then turned to his Communications Officer. "Ensign Blake, we clear for final departure?" When she nodded, he said, "Alright Moore, enough daydreaming. But don't hurry us too fast on leaving the system. No point in depriving us sooner than absolutely necessary."

"Aye, sir!" Moore turned to her co-pilot and Sagittarius was finally on it's way across the Solar System.

Stet

Stet put the muffins in the oven so they could start to cook.  He continued to whistle to himself as he went out into the dinning room and wrote on the black board what was for dinner, he used a plain piece of white chalk and wrote carefully,

DINNER:

Muffins: Choco-chip, Banana-nut, trip-berry, cinno-apple

Various fruits and veggies

Butter, Cream Cheese, and Clotted cream

Cheese Slices: Cheddar, Swiss, and Munster

Drinks:  Order hot drinks and milk from the chef. Sodas, juice, and water can be gotten at the drink fountain

If you want sandwiches ask the chef.

Service ends at:  2015 hours

Chef: Stetson James

He finished writing and hung the black board up near the entrance of the dining area.  He then set up a table that had plates and silver ware on it so people could get there food and such.
Stet went back into the kitchen and checked the muffins, they were starting to smell good, but weren't quite ready yet.  Stet went over to the drink fountain in the dinning area to make sure that everything was full and ready, she checked the ice maker and then went back into the kitchen and pulled fruits, cheese, and other things he needed out started to put them out in the buffet area, he arranged the fruit to make it better looking.  He looked up at the time, it would be dinner time soon, he could smell the muffins were almost done and headed back into the kitchen.
Stet realized dinner would be late today, but it was the first day out and he wanted to make sure people had a choice to eat something, curfew was in two hours, it was a good things he'd decided to cook something quick and easy to eat and clean up after.

Raise

Raise could smell muffins cooking, she checked the time, it was 1900 hours.  She wasn't sure she'd be eating tonight, she was already feeling sick because she was nervous, putting food on her stomach wouldn't be a good idea.
Raise leaned over her tablet and studied her notes closely, she  finally looked up at the Ambassador,
"Ma'am, may I go to my quarters?" she asked quietly she still needed to unpack her things and see what her quarters were like.  All she has done was unpack the Ambassadors stuff, she'd put her stuff in her room, but hadn't really explored it that much.
Raise turned her tablet off and slid the pen in it's slot, she waited, quietly and patiently for the Ambassador to answer her question, looking up at her, even though the Ambassador couldn't really see her.

Aveyare

Aveyare turned to her assistant. “Are you not feeling well, Miss Anishin? I tell you what, you go up to your room, or wherever you like, and take the rest of tonight and tomorrow off. I'll manage without you for a day.”

Jin forced a smile from his corner. Aveyare could tell he hated her guts. Too bad, she would have liked to be on more pleasant terms with him, but her job required that she not compromise responsibility with her personal wants. She'd be watching him all the same.

“Oh, Raise,” Aveyare added, just before the girl left. She reached out her metal encased fingered in the general direction of her assistant. “Will you let me have the notes you organized? I'd like to take a look over them.”

Jin

Keeping a straight face, Jin stood up, straitened his tie tucked into the solid black blazer and left the lounge area, unconcerned with the people about him. He needed to stop slothing around and actually get to work. Having tested the social waters of the ship by making contact with the Captain's most prominent passenger, Ambassador Rumon, he considered his goal accomplished there, and heading up to the bridge, he barely glanced at the bare lightweight metal walls and steel bulkheads with airlock doors.

On the bridge Major Veicht seemed to be taking care of most operations, carefully regulating how the crew was going about their tasks. The Captain turned when Jin stepped over the door ledge. “Welcome aboard, Mr. Tokko,” he said politely, placing his hands to his waist. “Have a seat, there's one just over there.” With a nod of his head, the Captain indicated a small swivel around chair with an less than sizable attachment for it's back in the one corner by the communications array.

Jin was pleased with the seating, he could monitor the rest of the crew without problem while also seeing and hearing incoming transmissions. Captain Sebastian had been considerate. The communications officer, Ensign Blake didn't look nearly as happy to have him sit next to her. Jin took note of that as he took his place. “Thank you, Captain,” he said, and then with a glance at Ensign Blake—what was her first name? Aztriea?―he added, “I hope I don't make anyone uncomfortable. I would hate to see optimum performance drop due to my presence.”

Jin noted the Captains faint smile. “I hardly think that will happen, Mr. Tokko. If it does, I doubt it'll take long before we get used to you.”

“A comforting thought, Captain.”

The Captain nodded and turned back to his job. Jin did what he did best: he observed.

Raise

Raise had stood up to leave with a polite,
"Thank you, Ambassador ma'am." but returned to the table and placed the tablet carefully in the Ambassador's hand.  She didn't want to break the tablet, she'd already done that once this year, it hadn't been very good.
"Here, ma'am." she said quietly,
"Each day's notes are marked with their date."  she added, though that was probably unnecessary and rather obvious information.  The Ambassador had had plenty of secretaries before and Raise grew red thinking that she may have just insulted the Ambassador's intelligence with a rookie mistake.
Raise rubbed her temples as she took a few steps back she was so tired, that was probably why she was messing up, sleeping was difficult though.
Raise hastily retreated from the lounge and down the halls, avoiding bumping into crew members headed towards the mess hall, and making her way to her quarters, which were right next to the Ambassador's.

Stett

Stett watched from behind the kitchen counter as any of the crew that was interested filed in and got some food, it was mostly non-bridge crew, crew that wasn't busy navigating the ship.  Only some engineering crew members were in the mess hall now too.  Stett was a bit surprised, usually the engineering crew ate the most, but he guessed they were mostly all working right now.
"Mr. Stett." Stett shook his wandering thoughts out of his head and turned to who was addressing him, it was Lieutenant Lawrence, the Flight Technician.
"Yes, sir." Stett said,
"I'd like a grilled cheese with bacon." Lt. Lawrence told Stett.
"Yes, sir, grilled cheese with bacon." Stett said with a smile, he turned back into the kitchen and pulled the bread cheese, bacon, and butter out.  He put the pan on the stove and turned the stove on, he didn't grease the pan though so it could start to heat.
As the pan heated Stett bread one side of each bread with butter and put the cheese on it, then he threw the bacon into the pan, he'd use the pan grease to grease the pan when he cooked the sandwich.  He started crisping the bacon, watching it to make sure that it didn't burn but it still got nice and crisp.
