Endless and Guardian !!! 1x1x1 PRETTY PLEASE? IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW RP
I can also play both. Should we come up with something to go off of? Or just have at it?
I think we should all call a gender we'd like to do. That way if they are ll of one gender one of use can switch.
I think I'd like to play a girl this time
I really can't decide between a girl or a guy....
I'd like aaaaaaaaaa, ummmmmm. *thinking* I guess I'll go for a girl too. Is that okay with you, Endless?
Nah, I can be a guy. I think it would be fun to play an only guy in this. At least to start with. Maybe later if we agree it would benefit the story, we can introduce more characters and ballance the genders.
Sounds good. Are we ready for the skellies now?
I believe so. I'll work on mine over today.
Me too. It'll probably be up later this afternoon.
Name: Ryan Black.
Personality: To be developed.
Appearance: Ryan is rather tall, standing at 6'1" and still growing. It runs in his family. He has gorgeous blond hair that hangs in his hazel eyes, and his skin is a nice bronze. He has broad shoulders and a strong build, being a football player. He has attractive features, although not perfect enough to be liked so much he'd be an extremely confident guy when it comes to girls.
Mutation: His ability is based around telepathy. He is able to hear immediate thoughts, sometimes in control of what he hears and sometimes not. Thoughts directed at him are louder and clearer to him. He can also send thoughts and, through touch, temporarily open the minds of others to hear thoughts.
Weakness: He is prone to headaches and even blacking out if he is overwhelmed. The more minds within his range, the harder to control his ability and the harder to keep the headaches and being overwhelmed away.
Back-story: I may have to try to develop this as we go along too...I may add it before we start.
Name: Cinder Jackson
Personality: TBD, but in general she is pretty funny most of the time and happy-go-lucky. She also really likes to be outside.
Appearance: Athletic looking, very tall for a girl (5 foot 11), and lean and muscular (not so much that she looks like a body builder though). She has black, curly hair that she always wears in in a high ponytail. Her eyes are jade green, but her pupils are a little bit oval shaped rather than round. And long nails that she normally paints black. She has lots of dark freckles over her body. She wears running shorts a lot because it allows her to move easier. She also likes tennis shoes, but if she can get away with it she is barefoot.
Mutation: She was injected with panther genes while she was still in her mom’s womb. She has cat like reflexes and survival/ hunting skills. She can see pretty well at night too. Her eyes are really the only outward appearance of her mutation.
Weakness: She can’t stand high pitch noises and loud noises, dogs really freak her out, and she is claustrophobic. When the noises are too much for her she gets horrible migraines and when she gets into a small area where she feels enclosed she begins to have sever panic attacks.
Back-story: She has had a pretty good life so far. She has had her share of pains though: her brother was paralyzed from the waist down in a hit and run, her mom has cancer, and she has been bullied lots of times for her eyes. She tries to keep a positive attitude about her though. (May add more to her later as the story goes on).
Name: Adeline Riddle
Personality: TBD but generally quiet and closed off. She's really awkward in social situations because of it.
Appearance: Addie is beautiful in an understated type of way. She stands at an average height of 5'4 and has mahogany waves that coil down to past her shoulder blades. (THAT'S MAHOGANY sorry) Her eyes are subject to change. Addie is thin in an average way. Nothing about her is very memorable.
Mutation: She is a chameleon. She blends easily into every background. Addie is able to make people forget about her if she doesn't want to be seen somewhere. Her eyes change to match the color of the clothes she is wearing.
Weakness: Sometimes she forgets that people actually can see her and she gets too close. If she's not paying attention and accidentally comes into skin to skin contact, she will shift forms to look like that person... even if only a little.
Back-story: Her mother and father forgot about her and moved away, leaving her states away with no one she knew. That was when she was ten years old. Addie's been living on her own since then.
WHo wants to start?
I need to change my character's name. I don't like what he has now. >_< And I'm having trouble coming up with a new one I like. One of you can start. I'll TRY to get a name figured out.
I'm stuck in a Doctor Who rutt. If I start then it'll probably be influenced by Steven Moffat aka Satan.
((......Okay....so I'll start :)))
Cinder was hiding in the shadows of the fair grounds. She was dirty and dusty from travel and the only reason she had come close to the fair ground was because the smell of the hot dogs were making her drool. It had been two days since she had last eaten. She still had money, but she had been afraid to go into town and buy something to eat, because they were after her.
Cinder wasn't entirely sure who exactly they were. She just recognized them for their suits and dark glasses and she figured they'd stand out like sore thumbs in this causually dressed crowed.
With a sigh she stepped into the throng and prayed she could get something to eat and hit the road without any problems.
((Are we all in the same place?))
Addie sat in on of the spinning tea cups and studied the crowd. Every couple rounds, someone sat in her cup and then noticed her. Each time she just said hello and they just smiled and looked away.
Across the fair grounds there were several men walking together. Addie could tell that they were trying to look casual, but their suits threw off all attempts at nonchalance. She got off the tea cup ride and moved over to the elephant ear trolly.
"Excuse me," Addie had to ring the bell at least four times before the man running the trolly noticed her. "I'd like two elephant ears please." If people ever noticed her enough to remember her, they'd be confounded by her appetite. It defied even the common high-metabilism reasoning. She was always hungry and never left anything over.
"Come on Nathan! I wanna go on the ferris wheel!" Abby squealed, tugging on her big brother's hand toward the ride. Nathan, personally, hated ferris wheels. Not only were they slow and boring, but the movement of going above and then level with the crowd time and time again really messed with his head sometimes. He tried his best to keep most thoughts closed out of his head, but he wasn't fond of fairs in general either.
Reluctantly, he let little 8-year-old Abby tug him to the ride. He noticed the men in suits and, for once, was glad to be getting on the ride, since it meant they couldn't get to him for the moment. He'd been watching them watch him for a while, ever since shortly after his powers surfaced. It was like their heads were in voids, because he never heard their thoughts, but he could see them just fine.
He was afraid that sometime soon, they'd stop just watching and take him away. What could he do to fight? Sure he was a strong guy, but those men looked pretty fit too, and they outnumbered him. He and Abby were soon on the ride, going high above the crowd.
Putting space between herself and the suited men, Addie weaved through the crowd to the ring toss. She blended effortlessly with a group of girls who were all laughing and chatting excitedly. The men moved and their steps were in perfect unison. They stopped about ten feet from the base of the ferris wheel which put them only a couple feet from Addie.
Very casually, she moved around the tented area where the ring toss was. Addie had noticed the suited men for the past couple weeks. They noticed her, she was sure of it.. even though when she saw them, they didn't seem to be able to find her. They were just always in the same place as her and it was starting to not seem like a coincidence.
To avoid them bumping into each other, she backed up to another food cart.
Cinder kept her head down and moved through the crowd. The loud noises were killing her ears and she really didn't like the fact that she couldn't run away quickly. The masses were too dense.
Her problems melted away as she spotted the hotdog stand. Her stomach gurgled in happiness as she realized there was no line. She ran over and peeked into the window. A middle aged woman poked her head out.
"What will it be?"
"Three hot dogs, a order of chilly cheese fries, and a large lemonaid." She grinned as the lady wrung her up and handed her her food. She went to the eating area and sat down and began to dig in.
