If anyone wants to try out some plot ideas, or is just looking for another rp to join, I would like to help with that. :)
I don't do romance either. Is there genres you haven't done yet? I know I haven't done horror or sci fi.
I can do that. I don't think I would be good at writing a lot of violenence. Let me google Alfred Hitchcock to see his work. Maybe it will spark some ideas.
I know. I'm just looking it up to get a feel for what he did and maybe get some inspiration.
It looks like he had some psychological horror, like in The Birds. I could definitely do something like that. All we would need is a good event or situation and we're good.
It's not amazing, but when I read that a lot of this type of horror involves madness and insanity I thought of Alice in Wonderlan. You know, since it was always unclear whether it was her imagination or not. Then I thought of Silent Hill, also a thing involving another world (if you're unfamiliar with it, it's like Wonderland but very dark and dangerous, with a ton creepy horror). So what if we combined the two, where they occasionally slip into this creepy world with all the real life people turned into terrible monsters. She can't control it and she doesn't know what's happening. There could be a person in this world, on not in the real world, and we go from there.
That's fine. The person isn't really friends with her, more sort of a person that recently appeared. For the skellie just have name, age, and personality. Bio is optional.
Oh, and probably gener.
Personality- Luna is adventureous and brave, always seeking the thrill of victory. She's impulsive, usually doing things as soon as she thinks of it. She's lively and bubbly, usually appearing very happy and mischievous. However, under the right circumstances she can be as dark as the monsters that surround her in the other world. The mood change doesn't last for long, but when it does you can never tell exactly what she'll do.
Name: Zelia Wayden
Looks: Her hairs is stringy and black, it curls and is in a floppy poorly down pixie cut, it hangs over her face, a bit over her ears and down the nape of her neck in a crooked unprofessional look. Her skin is milky pale and is covered in scars, especially on her thighs and wrists. There are also a lot on her back. She has very dark blue eyes that are freaky looking and almost look black, silver flecks make her eyes shine with an odd, dark, sadness. She's a small girl and is easily over looks because she has a very slight figure and is below average height. She kind of thin, you can see a slight outlining of her rib cage on her chest and she looks slightly boney, there is some slight muscle on her body though so she doesn't look too weak. Her shoulders are narrow and though she is physiclly matured to the point she shoulder be she still almost as a child's figure.
Zeila wears a set of black jean bib overalls and a white polo with the top two button un done, her shoes are a set of beat up black, gray, and white sneakers she's had for a while. She has a plain black bacll cap she wears backwards on her head. Her clothes are baggy on her because of her small figure and don't fit too well, but she rarely seems to wear anything else.
Personality: Very soft spoken and quiet. She prefers to go unnoticed and since she lives way out in the country she and can usually avoid too much attention. She isn't friendly and if you talk to her probably won't respond. She can seem like a stone wall because she doesn’t show people how she feels. Zelia is confused, she been drifting between worlds since she was a very small child and sometimes struggles to tell which world is real and which is just a hallucination. Zelia likes to wander, she wanders and walks for hour son end talking to seemingly herself. She doesn't get why no one else can see the things she sees and has learned to hide the fact she sees them since a certain incident in her childhood. Zelia is very strange, people think she's odd and generally avoid her even if they're around her, which is fine with her.
Bio: Zelia lives way out in the country on farm with her parents and large family. Her siblings avoid her at all costs because they think she's insane. Her parents don't like her because of her problems and make her sleep out in the barn, shed, or just outside instead of with the family, she isn't allowed to have anything to do with her young siblings and is almost treated with livestock. Her parents are afraid that she'll make her siblings insane so they don't even let her eat with them and throw her food into the yard for her. She only goes into the house when she's ordered to clean it, which only when her siblings can't clean it. She's never been to school, though her siblings take the bus to school everyday and she'll sometimes steal their text book and read them, so she can read and right. Her insanity was first discovered when she was 3 years old and told her parents that she had seen monsters wandering the house, at first she was ignored until she kept insisting that she'd seen monsters and started becoming more nervous and afraid, her parents determined she was insane and beat her because they said it would cure her. It didn't, it just made her worse, now she' kept out of the house and is punish regularly, especially when something goes wrong.
Oh, I forgot the appearance. Appearance- Luna has dark light red hair that hangs by her waist. Her eyes are a dark green. She usually wear lightweight armor as protection against the monsters. She's tall and fit, with a lot muscles. She has pale skin. Shall I start or do you want to?
((I'm gonna start.))
Zelia lay down in the corn field, she made sure not to disturb any of teh corn stalks though. IT was hot out, the sun beat down on her, the corn on providing very little shade. Her siblings were in the house right now, the house had AC and was cool. Zelia stared up at the sky, her heart was speeding up, she knew she was about to go to her other world, she could feel it. Maybe her other world wasn't as hot. She blinked the hallucination started.
((Feel free to make up monsters, plants, food- whatever you want.)) Luna gripped her sword, staring the Albarch in the eye. Well, where the eyes would be. The purple, almost snake-like creature slowly came closer to her. With a rush of adrenaline Luna charged at it. Hacking, slashing, and cutting at the monster, she finally defeated it. She smiled warm and bright. The creature lay lifeless, it's gigantic teeth no longer snapping at her. She loved a good fight.
Zelia rose to erh feet, she was still standing in teh cornfield but it looked more sinister, it was cloudy and cooler thanthe hot sun of the other world. THe house was gone she saw when she looked around the barn looked more decrreptit, the shed also looked worn down. Zelia amde her way out of teh corn which almost seemed to grab at her feet, she satrted to run, trying to get out of teh corn which seemed to be living now. She felt it tug at ehr ankles but kicked and forced herself out of teh field. She looekd around and then ehaded for the forest, her hallucination were different at times, usally there were soem of the same creatures, but tehs cenery was never totally the same.
Luna frowned, looking at the scene around her. There really wasn't much to do besides killing monsters. She could always draw, but she sucked at that. Now that she thought of it, this place could be incredibly dull. Aside from the strat radio or tv she found that worked. Sometimes she found board games, but those weren't fun without another person to play them with.
Zelia was a bit nervous about going into the forest for she turned and headed towards the ruins of the barn. Pushing the creaking door open she stepped inside, dirty straw covered the floor and the step ladder to the loft look like Zelia didn't really want to trust the rungs of it.
There were no animals in the barn and it looked like there hadn't been for quiet sometime. The roof had holes in it, Zelia went to the back of the barn and looked at the walls where some of the tool used to hang.
Luna started singing "You Are My Sunshine". She had heard it on a radio once, and she loved it. It sounded like something meant for a happier place. She walked idly through the forest, glancing over her shoulders. Sometimes the song attracted monsters, but that wasn't enough to make her quit.
Zelia tipped her head when she heard someone singing, it was faint, but she definently heard it. She left the barn armed with a rusty ax that she'd found. The singing was coming from the forest, she entered the woods cuatiously, gripping the tightly, her eyes flicking around nervously at every small sound.
Luna looked around aain. Had she heard something? She increased the sound of singing, walking slower now. It was best to lure whatever was around to her now while she was ready than to wait for it to catch her by surprise.
Zelia heard the singing get louder and quickened her step nervously, she tightened her grip on her rusty ask as she heard the footsteps of someone cominga nd tesned, walking forward, she turned and saw another girl. Zelia tipped studied the otehr girl, but stopped moving forward.
