((Ugh. My posts keep getting eaten!! That's what happened with the last one. It didn't post and I gave up)).
Emery laughed in a low voice. "What are you smirking at?" Robyn said slyly. "I could be hustling you." She watched the movement of his hard, lean muscles as he sunk three in a row. Dam.n he was cute with his hat on. She came up behind him and wrapped her arms around his hard stomach. "The rain stopped," she whispered. "You can go home now... If you want." She but her lip. Why was she suddenly so insecure around him? She finally looked up into his soft eyes, partially covered by his long dark hair. She waited for his response, her heart beating in close proximity to his.
"You're such a cutie." Emery grinned when he felt her arms come around him. "Like always." He turned and leaned back against the pool table. "Is that your way of asking to come over?" Emery whispered meeting Robyn's eyes. That he could feel her still blew his mind. Slowly to give her time to pull away Emery lowered his face to Robyn's and kissed her just barely. "Because you don't have to ask." his hands rubbed Robyn's lower back marveling at the feel of her.
Robyn blushed deeply at his touch. "You read my mind." Her breath fanned out across his cheek. "I don't have anywhere to stay, now that I can't go... Home," Robyn finished weakly. "I've never stayed on earth before for an entire night." Suddenly she was afraid. What would it be like to be surrounded by so much violence? Them she relaxed, sliding a hand up Emery's arm. She was still an angel, and anyways, she had him now. He would protect her. She tugged him along towards the door, pool game abandoned.
Emery smiled to himself when Robyn agreed to go with him. It was a little bittersweet though because he knew Robyn never wanted to fall. She never planned it. She had always told him she'd rather burn in he.ll than fall. It warmed his heart that she was okay with it since she could be with him now. Well that she was okay with it to an extent.
Emery led her back the other way past the club and to his decent looking car. He opened her door for her before getting in on the other side. Once they were starting down the road he took Robyn's hand lacing their fingers together. "You have no idea how amazing it feels to.... feel." he whispered keeping his eyes on the road.
Robyn glanced at Emery. He was looking at the road, but she could see the genuine care in his eyes. It was the reason she'd survived falling--she knew he was there to catch her. "No, I do know what it's like," she said. "I've never felt as alive as I do now." She hated revealing so much, but she knew it wasn't lost on Emery. He pulled onto a narrow street in a downtown alleyway. So he owned an apartment. How... Human.
Once they were to Emery's apartment he got out and opened Robyn's door for her. "Come on." The apartment complex wasn't too nice but it wasn't terrible looking either. It was just an decent average looking place in the middle of the city. Emery assumed Robyn would follow as he lead the way to the second floor. His apartment number was 13. "Make yourself at home." he said after he'd unlocked the door and let them inside.
Robyn slid inside, following Emery. His apartment space was small, but cozy, and there was the remains of a fire still cooling from a while ago. She sat by it and warmed herself. The balcony was open and a breeze was coming through. The entire place smelled like Emery... And oddly enough she felt at home here, in a way she had never belonged before. Emery came back into the room, dressed down in sweats and a tank, top. It fit to his chest snugly, showing the muscles beneath the skin. She went over to him and glanced towards the small bathroom. "Do you have a shirt I can borrow?" She said. "Mine's still soaked." Her hair was too, but she hadn't noticed until now.
((Ummmm why do you make my character do things? Just a question............................))
((Well its hard to do more than a one liner when it's just your character doing stuff. (Without going on a monologue.) ..... You said you didn't like one liners. It's really hard to make you happy, you know that?))
((Well I'm sorry that I don't have issues replying without controlling your character or writing very little.))
((Why do you hate my guts? I'm SORRY for controlling your character, I didn't mean to. I barely made him do anything! I'm about to give up on role playing with you, I don't need this drama in my life! Just relax and have fun, would ya?))
Robyn slid inside, following Emery. His apartment space was small, but cozy. She sat by herself on the balcony for a few minutes, wondering what Emery was doing. "Do you have a shirt I can borrow?" She called. "Mine's soaked."
M ((You see, it's hard to continue after you left it at his apartment, where they just walked in. Naturally Robyn would be following emery around, so the reason I put him in the bathroom is so Robyn can do her own thing.))
Emery shut the door behind them aware that Robyn had gone out on the balcony. "Sure thing." he called back as he went into his small bedroom. Emery changed into a dark blue t-shirt and a pair of black basketball shorts. He got Robyn a big t-shirt of his and some boxers in case her pan.ties were soaked too. "Here sweetie." he said going to the balcony door. "There's a bathroom right by my room. You can change in there."
Robyn blushed and took the clothes. "thanks," she murmured, and brushed past him. Before she left the balcony, she paused and said, "Sorry for the drama. And...showing me how to be Fallen."
((I can make that longer if you want, I'm just a little distracted :P))
((Please do. I don't mean to be an.al about things... I just like detail. When replies are too short I start getting bored. I understand not being able to write a lot though))
((just add this to the end of the other one)).
Almost without thinking, she wrapped her arms around his middle. It felt like home. Then she pulled away in shock and said, "Oh–I–sorry for getting you wet. Again." she started to pull away.

Almost without thinking, she wrapped her arms around his middle. It felt like home. She was instantly reminding of the Old Days, when they would meet in secret and have adventures. Then she pulled away in shock and said, "Oh-I-sorry for getting you wet. Again." She started to pull away....
Emery waited for Robyn patiently. He was standing out on the balcony when she hugged him. He realized that she hadn't gone and changed yet and it made him chuckle. "Don't worry about it." he whispered. Before Robyn could pull away completely Emery drew her back in and sealed her lips with his own. He couldn't take this anymore; he had to touch her, kiss her, feel her.
