((Then I suppose we'll be babies together. Lol. ))
((Hmmm I'm thinking of a very cute part where he says he can't see her dance, and she tries to sing, only to find that she has the most beautiful voice ever. Ohhhh and he is sorta not hot and she is so he won't like her for her looks like everyone else... This is going to be amazing!!!! I'm bout to give up on others joining. Wanna start? We can each make and add cherries along the was as they are called for.:)))
((Yay! :D :D ))
((You care to start it? Or shall I?))
Ella smiled giving what she considered her brother, Ted, a hug. "Okay, just a little though." She said giving in. She stepped back and started with a few simple things then moving onto the more stunning more advanced moves.
Once she was done with her dance, she smiled then started again. Dance was like her drug, she couldn't stop. She spun happily.
Ted, the teddy bear, was more of a human with small little bear ears and a fluffy bear tail. He was quite cute and looked to be about 17. "You are amazing!" He cheered, anyone would be a fool not to love her.
Ella spun smiling, though she really wished for a partner. Ted wouldn't dance with her though, it crushed her but it was okay. She could live with it. She just dreamed of the day someone would see her dancing and fall in love with her, after all, that is the only reason anyone would ever love her.
((Okay... So I'm not good at starting so sorry.))
((Nah, it's an awesome start. ^-^))
Jaq sat quietly where he was, leaning motionless against...a rock? A large chunk of wood? He didn't know. He just knew it felt solid under his back, and that was all he needed. He was content to just sit there without moving, without getting up and bumping into things, the way he always did whenever he stood up to walk around without help. His blank, sightless eyes gazed straight ahead, and his neck bent in an odd tilt, no matter how much he tried to straighten it. But he was alright with that. It was just the way he was.
Ella ended her dance and Ted clapped happily, she smiled then started to walk along, "I need a break, brb teddy!" She cheered giggling at the little rhyme she made out of it.
Ella walked along the path when suddenly she saw a clown like doll sitting on a rock, leaning against a tree trunk. Who was that? He didn't move... Was he dead? "Umm hello" she said looking at him worriedly. She hoped he was okay.
Jaq frowned a little as he heard a quiet, female voice. It didn't sound like Rags, or Moppet, or any of the girl toys he knew.
"Hello?" He called out uncertainly, still not moving. "Who's there?"
"Umm my name is Ella." Could he not see? "I'm a ballerina doll." She said, he would hate her for sure if he couldn't see her. There was nothing to like about her other than her dance. Even just looking at her she was sure he would see her as fat and worthless. She reached her hands to her sides, basically hugging herself. She could feel her ribs through the black leotard adorned with silver.
"Ella? I've never heard of an Ella." Jaq remained mostly motionless, though he did move his head towards her voice. It was a very soft, pretty voice. He smiled a little, though it was an uncertain, almost afraid smile. "It's a very beautiful name. I'm Jaq."
"Jaq, nice to meet you." Ella smile a tiny bit. He looked almost afraid. "I'm not going to hurt you, I'm nice." She told him, it hurt her that he was afraid. "May I sit by you?" She asked, the rock was quite large.
"Of course, Ella." Jaq smiled a little more. He stayed still, just sitting there quietly, his head tilted towards Ella's voice. He put his hands limply into his lap, straightening up a little.
Ella gracefully walked over to the rock to sit beside him. "Why are you all alone?" She asked softly, she felt for him. He looked so sweet, so easily taken advantage of, even worse than her.
He sat down in the tree like fort that he had made, it was a small one roomed structure and there were two of them near each other, with a small flower garden between them Ella had made. It wasn't much, but it was home. He smiled slightly, sure Ella was company but he couldn't help but feel alone.
"Oh. I'm usually alone." Jaq said in his quiet voice. He kept staring straight ahead, his blank eyes empty as always. He carefully tilted his head towards her, listening quietly as she talked.
"Why is that? You seem quite nice." Ella said softly looking over at him. He just seemed so sad... It shattered her heart to see that.
"I just...am." Jaq gave a heavy shrug, the movement pulling lightly on the strings that trailed from his shoulders. He tilted his head a little more, trying to straighten his neck just a little.
"Do you want to be alone?" Ella asked, she wondered was she bothering him? Did he want her to leave. She hoped not, he fad abated her. Though she didn't want to stuck around if he didn't want her to. It would be selfish. He reminded her of herself so much, she decided in her head that he was in fact blind. This means he would never see her dance. He would never like her.
Jaq thought about it for a moment. He frowned just the tiniest bit as he thought, not moving at all. He had friends. Rags and Tuff were friends. They visited once in a while, but for the most part, he was all alone. Alone, sitting absolutely still and doing nothing, not talking to anyone. Just sitting there and waiting for something to happen, for someone to care.
"Well...No..." He finally replied, hesitantly.
"Then you won't be." Ella leaned over onto his shoulder, a friendly, hardly flirty, gesture so he would know she was there. Ella couldn't imagine leaving him to just sit here hopelessly.
