Cole fell asleep, but before he told his mind to block out anything thoughts that came in. He wasn't sure if if would work but he had to try.
"Hmm" she murmured to herself, she had to try. Why did she? Not even her own mind could answer this.
Cole was still sleeping. He dreamed about his friends and his life at home. He knew things would never be the same again.
Giving up Ani flopped down and drifted to sleep, she wished someone would come change her thought with the dream she had.
Cole woke up, when he did he discovered that it was morning. Cole yawned and went by the river to wash his face.
Ani awoke to find Cole at the river, she then sent one thought to him, "jump." She deserved some fun.
Cole had the sudden urge to jump. He stood up and turned around before jumping in the water. A jolt of cold water woke him up. He climbed out and yelled at Ani, "stop!"
"Sorry!" Ani giggled as she came out to meet him at the river, he looked slightly upset. "Sorry?"
Cole sighed. He couldn't stay mad at even his most bitter enemy for more than a few moments. "You're just lucky that I can't stay mad..."
"You have to admit it was kinda funny..." Ani said with a smile, glad he wasn't mad at her.
"Only to you." Cole muttered. "Anyways, let's get going and I think we should leave that man."
"Should we untie it?" Ani asked, then looked at him, sopping wet. "I am sorry, but it was very funny."
"Nah," Cole said, "I figure that he'll somehow figure out a way to do it himself." Cole walked away.
"Cool." Ani said looking at the river, "I actually feel bad for that now." She said following him.
"That's fine," Cole justified it, "he can free himself, the stuff I used to bind him can easily be undone, he's also really strong, plus he did try to kill you."
Ani tilted her head to the side, "what? No, it deserves it. It tried to kill me! I was talking about making you jump in the river." She said with a giggle.
"Oh," Cole said, "I thought you were talking about him."
"Heck no! I was almost killed, you on the other hand save me so that I can make you jump in a river. So... Sorry." Ani said with a tiny smile.
"That's fine." Cole brushed it off. "Let's just hurry."
"Kay!" Ani cheered then kept walking,, "which way?" She asked.
