Angrod dug a rag out and wiped Shadow's from his fce. ~What hurts?~
He shook his head. ~It's the magic over-use that hurts.~
Angrod turned back to Shadow and touched her neck for a moment. ~These people have no mercy...~
~It's in our nature...~ Cipher mumbled. ~There are those that consider us parasites...we kill and destroy and multiply constantly...~
Angrod sighed heavily and rubbed his eyes. ~Sometimes it seems she is more reckless than heroic...~
~Sometimes she is..." He admitted.
Cipher chuckled softly. ~It's in her nature.~
Shadow suddenly jerked, choking on blood still in her throat.
Cipher sighed and helped her. "Hey, hey. Take it easy."
Shadow crouched over and blood poured from her throat. She coughed and hacked until there was a good sized puddle at her knees. "Eww..."
Cipher shook his head, kissing her cheek. "Feel better?"
Shadow coughed again. "Kind of..." She looked up t Sell. "Are you okay honey?"
Sell shook his head. "I'll be okay, but not right now..."
Shadow took his hand. "I was so scared for you..."
"I'll be fine, Shadow." Sell assured her.
Shadow smiles a little and kissed his hand with bloody lips. "Sorry..."
