Jace pretty much left Tom in the dust. He got to his big house way before Tom and sat on its front porch. "You going to sit there and get drunk?" Jace asked when Tom sat down in front of the big two story house. Jace's house was two stories. It had ten bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There was an attic and a basement so technically four stories. There was a woods in the back and a huge backyard. "Come inside." He told Tom unlocking and opening his front door.
Tom offered Jace a bright smile and hopped up the steps. The house was huge, ridiculously so. "Why would you want to live by yourself in such a large house?" Tom asked him curiously. No wonder he felt lonely. Tom walked past Jace into the house and looked around. It was old, and stoic and reminded Tom of those elegant mansions with the wraparound porches he used to squat in by Louisiana. It smelt like Jace and some other smell that he couldn't place.
Jace followed in after Tom and shut the front door behind them. "I don't know. My uncle got it for me. He and I own a really popular club a city over." Jace explained giving Tom a little insight into his life. "Would you like anything? Water? Juice? Coffee? Wine? Any snacks? We've got pretty much anything here." Jace said casually. He knew Tom had his moonshine but he wanted to be a proper host.
He walked into his big kitchen which had a fridge and freezer combo, two ovens and stoves, and clean shiny sink, and many black cabinets and drawers with dishes and silverware and more food. The kitchen connected to a dining room which had a long black table and chairs with three sparkling chandeleers overhead.
(( bump ))
Tom blinked as he was led into the kitchen. There were chandeliers overhead! He felt entirely out of his element. "No thank you, I already ate." Tom said with a grin, setting the bottle down on the table and taking a seat. "So this club, is it like a music venue or a dance club?" Tom asked, eyes wandering over the many new sights in the dining room and kitchen. "Or is it one of those vampire clubs." Tom shuddered. "I went to one of them once, still gives me nightmares."
Jace got himself some apple juice from the fridge. When he looked back at Tom he had a smirk on his lips. "It's a 24/7 club but it's mostly used at night. We have three different levels. The bottom is for dancing and an eating area. They're both split up. The second floor is filled with rooms when people get erm frisky." Jace chuckled at the thought. "I have my own rooms for my personal use." He admitted while he sat up on one of the stools at the kitchen's island. "And the top is secret for yes vampyres. They dance while drinking from each other. I don't really go up there but it brings in money so..." Jace just shrugged. "Maybe we could go sometime. Are you in to strobe and different colored lights? Techno and dubstep music? We have DJs that trade out all the time." Jace informed Tom. Jace truly loved going to the club and grin.ding on people. It was like an escape, a high.
"I'm not much of a clubber." Tom said, turning red and taking a giant gulp of moonshine. "It's loud and there are a lot of people." He explained. "And I feel violated on dance floors." Tom smirked and shook his head, looking down. In the woods, this had felt natural, now that Tom was learning more about the hybrid and his world, he was intimidated. But he liked Jace, he seemed different, so Tom wanted to look past it. "I'd go with you." He said. "Let's just stay away from the vampyres though." He added.
Jace watched Tom and listened to him trying not to make a face at the alcohol Tom was drinking. Jace liked a glass of wine here and there but he wasn't a heavy drinker. "Well you don't have to but if you want we will. And we don't have to go up to the top floor." Jace promised with a gentle smile. "Like I said, I barely ever go up there anyway. It's just a way to make money."
He looked out one of the kitchen windows to see the sun setting. "You want to stay tonight? It didn't look like you had a very suitable place to stay out there. I've got plenty of room." Jace smiled looking back Tom. Usually Jace would want s.ex from the people who stayed with him but for some reason he just wanted to help Tom out. Not that Jace didn't find Tom attractive; it just didn't feel right at the time.
Tom shrugged. He didn't mind sleeping in a cave, give him a safe and partially protected spot, and he was good. Tom could sleep anywhere. He smiled at Jace. It was kind of him to offer, but then Tom could be reading this hospitality entirely wrong, and the hybrid could only want his blood and flesh. "I wouldn't want to be a burden." Tom said. "Awful kind of you to offer though."
"I can't just let you go back out and sleep in the forest." Jace said with a charming smile. "I insist you stay here. I'll get you set up in one of the spare rooms." Jace said motioning for Tom to follow as he walked up the grand stairs that looked like the belonged in a ballroom. "I promise not to get fresh." the hybrid chuckled. To be honest he was thinking about Tom's blood and how sweet it tasted but he didn't want to take more.
Tom was very surprised that Jace offered him a guest room. It didn't seem right. What else would someone like Jace be wanting with Tom, other then se.x? "I wouldn't mind." Tom said softly. Honestly, he couldn't stop thinking about it since he kissed the hybrid, and he didn't know how much longer he could last without jumping the guy again. "Or," He said, closing in on Jace. "We could have some fun first. I know you're hungry, I can smell it." There was a predatory grin on Tom's face as he leaned in closer, lips barely brushing Jace's.
Jace only made up a few of the stairs until he felt Tom come in closer. "Fun?" Jace mused stopping to watch Tom. At the feel of Tom's lips Jace came to life. He grabbed a hold of Tom's hips and kissed him full on. "I am hungry... For you." Jace gr.oaned against Tom's lips pressing Tom back against the wall while the stood on the stairs. "But I d-don't want you to lose yourself." he whispered as he brushed his fingers over the bite scar he'd left earlier on Tom's neck.
Tom laughed softly, right hand going to the back of Jace's neck and pulling him closer. "I'm a big boy, I can take care of myself." He joked. Tom had always looked out for himself, he doubted the bite would effect him as much as a human anyways. Tom's eyes glowed yellow as he brought Jace in for another kiss, nipping him lightly. Something about the hybrid just made his burn up. "What are you waiting for?"
Jace kissed Tom back before biting his bottom lip. He buried his face into Tom's neck kissing it before his fangs teased it. "If you're sure..." he whispered. Jace didn't give Tom time to respond; he bit into the other side of Tom's neck that he hadn't touched and started drinking slowly. Jace knew he should because he knew how addicting it could be but Tom's blood just smell so dam.n sweet he couldn't help himself. He drank the same as before not taking too much to effect Tom.
Tom moaned as Jace's fangs pierced his skin. It felt even more euphoric then before, and Tom found it hard to lock his knees. Tom's arms wrapped around Jace's neck to steady himself. He felt light headed and lethargic.
Jace didn't drink for too long. He soon pulled back but kept a hold of Tom so he wouldn't fall like last time. "mmm." Jace licked his lips with a grin. "So sweet." he whispered as he picked Tom up. "Come on let's get you to bed." he said and carried Tom to the room right next to him. It was fully funished and very nice looking. Jace laid Tom in the big four poster bed and stroked his hair.
"You gotta problem, man." Tom said with a lazy smile, referring to Jace's manhandling. Yeah, bed sounded good right now. Tom was absolutely exhausted and between the liquor and whatever it was that made the bite so da.mn amazing, he was feeling a bit dizzy. As Jace laid Tom in the enormous bed, he turned over and curled around him. Tom nuzzled into Jace's thigh, breathing in his scent.
