Cole was walking in a neverending hallway, then he heard someone yell at him. Cole woke up only to be met by the teacher. Cole smiled, "what can I say?"
Lizabeth felt her phone buzz and smiled. It was Jethro. She texted him back and walked out of the classroom. She smiled as she walked down the hallway, her hair bouncing on her back.
Daria supressed a grimace catching sight of Lizbeth dancing doen the hall. She smiled, quickening her pace at the sight of Jethro. Lizbeth ran inot his thick arms, burying her face into his chest as Daria stepped back not even trying to hide her mildly disgusted face. They probably didn't notice. "Hey babe!" Jethro cried, rubbing her back and pulling her away to look into her beaming face. She smiled back "Hey, how are you two?"
((Uhh, bookworm? That's called a powerplay, you can't make my character do something.))
Lizabeth calmly walked down the hall and stopped at Jethro and Daria. "Hey guys," She smiled. "What's happening?" She beamed at her phone when a message from her friend Zach buzzed in.
(sorry, ya, I also come from another website, and apparently that isn't so uncommon. Will learn not to do it here.)
"Too much now,"Daria sighed, hugging her books. She didn't even know why she was holding them if she had already had all her homework finished. Jethro smiled and kissed her lightly on the forehead. "How are you?" Daria surpressed the urge to roll her eyes.
Lizabeth smiled, then frowned and looked at Daria. "Daria, what's wrong? Why do you always seem so angry whenever I get close?" She asked, hurt. She didn't understand what the problem was. Lizabeth pulled away from Jethro.
Daria's eyes got wide. "Me, oh, nothing. haha, sorry, was just.. umm, thinking about the test. Don't know how i did so..." She trailed off, not even believing the lie herself. The real reason was because Jethro and her had been friends since first grade and then around the time in middle school, Lisbeth walked through the door and all heads turned; even Jethros.
Lizabeth got angry. "Why do you hate me so much? I've tried to be nice to you from the start, even though you've always shut me out. Ok, I'm tired of you giving me dirty glares whenever I walk in the room! Do you think I'm some kind of sl.ut?" She yelled, mad that Daria could be so cruel and not even care. She stormed off, wanting to get as far away from Daria as possible.
((Add on ^))
Lizabeth ran out of the building and sat on the football field. She pulled out her cell phone and called Zach. "Hey." She said in between tears. "I need to you come. I'm outside on the football field and I'm upset. Daria just got on my last nerve. I swear, I have no idea what I did to her." She said, wiping her face on the back of her hand.
"Yea, I'll be out there in a sec. Don't worry about her. She just has problems." Zach responded, trying to calm her down.
Lizabeth waited and saw Zach running out onto the field. She waved. Zach sat down next her, and she hugged him and cried into his chest. "I don't what I did." She cried. "Why does she hate me so much?" Zach stroked her hair. "Shhh, it's ok. She's just messed up in the head. Don't give her any thought." He held her until her crying turned into shudders, and then her shudders turned into deep breaths.
(man that made my girl sound like a jerk)
Daria whipped downt he hall after her. She felt utterly stupid. Sure, the idea that Jethro had chosen Lizbeth over her made her want to punch something but she didn't hate Lizbeth either. she burst through the gymnasium doors out onto the feild. she glanced up and caught site of her crying on the bleachers with.. soem guy? She crawled up the steps. "Lizbeth!"
Lizabeth looked up and saw Daria. "Go away." She said, between her shuddered breaths. Zach held her and glared at Daria. "What do you want? Haven't you done enough?"
Darai winced and closed her eyes. "Please? Just let me explain?" She tried to sound as sincere as she possible and utterly could. "Alone."
Lizabeth looked at her. She nodded to Zach, and got up and walked a little ways away from him with Daria. "What do you want?"
"Um... well.. to start off, I'm sorry I was rude and uptight. I just... the reasons are stupid and unfair from years ago and I still held a grudge which was foolish and adolescent." She played with her fingers.
Lizabeth nodded. She understood, but that didn't make the years of torture ok. "Ok, that's great." She said sarcastically. She started to walk back to Zach in the middle of the field. She just wanted to be alone.
Daria huffed. "Not wait Lizbeth! I-...." she faltered. "I want to explain, would you let me?"
Lizabeth stopped. "Well then, explain." She said, in a no nonsense tone.
"Can we not do it somewhere else?" She asked flatly, smiling as sweetly as possible.
Lizabeth nodded. "We aren't doing it somewhere else. You want it right here, and I want it right here too."
