A Crown Doesn't Make You Special, The Color Purple Doesn't Make You God
Ali shook her head. She had a feeling they'd use force but she couldn't condone this. Magic had it's consequences. This spell used the power of the son and moon, putting the suns light and vitality into another person so they will live until the sun dies. The moon is a channel and not only weakened by the spell but dies a slow death without the sun. Akalia was scared the king would force them to complete the spell anyway * Niko sighed "At least come to the palace Siren... he will gave our heads if we return alone. If you tell his the side effects of the spell though..."
"Akalia, if I must, I will prevent him from forcing you or Sirenia into performing the spell." * "No," she says firmly. "Even if we did not have to cast the spell, who knows what else would happen to us?"
She shook her head, rushing to her sister, the other half of her soul, of her power. "Siren... Let's go." She whispered. * Niko bit his lip, eyes questioning as he looked at Loren.
(Ben'sw still alive! lol. Chatting on FB.)
Siren nods, shooting Niko an apologetic glance before starting back toward the cottage. Loren sighs, shaking his head. "We're dead..."
Ali sat at the table, trembling. She hid her face in her arms, thick golden hair spreading over the oak table top * "We could take them by force. I don't want to but still..."
Siren paces uneasily, chewing on her lip. "We can't..." * Loren nods silently. "If we have to..."
Ali shook from fear, tears falling "They'll make us!" She hiccuped * Niko sighed deeply and shook his head
Siren rests a hand on her sister's shoulder, sighing. "I know... We'll have to fight them..." * "We may as well get them while we can..."
"Magic costs energy though! And we can't best them with brute strength!" Akalia fretted * Niko sighed, nodding
"I'm not going near the palace only to be forced into doing something I don't want to again... I don't know... Should we humor the men or no?" * Loren sighs, walking into the cottage.
Ali sighed "I don't think we have a choice," * Niko followed
Siren sighs, rubbing her temples. Can't hurt to refuse one last time...
"We're not coming," she says, narrowing her eyes at the knights and crossing her arms.
Ali but her lip, nodding * Niko sighed, looking at Loren
Loren sighs, grabbing Ali's wrists and pulling her to her feet. "I'm sorry, ladies, but you must understand that King Jaime will have our heads if we return without you."
Niko grabbed Sirenia before she could retaliate. Ali screamed and struggled, her silkin hair whipped around her as she struggled, occasionally slipping over his skin
Siren fights against Niko, purple eyes enraged. "Let us go you bas.tards!"
Niko sighed softly, and dragged her out "Stop."
Loren follows with Ali, tightening his grip slightly. Siren tries twisting away from Niko, shaking her head. "We haven't done anything wrong. I thought knights were supposed to treat women with respect?"
"Siren we need you to just GO or we die!" Niko snapped. Ali had stopped following and she let him push her, sobbing silently
Siren flinches, falling silent and letting him lead her. She looked utterly defeated and somewhat angered, but for the moment she would stay calm.
