((Okay .I was worried that you tackled me))
Makenzie tapped out a half-hearted beat on his desk. It was a nervous habit that warned him of the enevitable break in his patience. He sat in the exact middle of the room, wondering idly if there was a polite way to tell the teacher tha she looked terrible. Just as he'd finally thought of a way to day, and began raising his hand; there was a commotion in the back. Makenzie spun in his desk so he could see. He had to hide his laughter, he honestly felt bad for the guy sitting in front of that little menace. That boy never shut up with his mumbling.
((Sorry, my typing is off. My hands are really cold so my fingers are like...numb))
((It's fine, I would be like that too :D))
Monikya saw the two boys fighting in the back and sighed. Teenagers. She thought. Always quick to start a fight. She continued to look out the window, trying to ignore the boy's mumbling.
((HerHandsFitLikeMyTshirt... Can I ask what your profile picture is? It looks familiar.. very familiar))
Adam scoffed and continued to keep his focus on his desk , so he wouldn't get drawn into the commotion around him. The teacher was bad enough for today, but now a fight, which the teacher was rushing over to attempt a fix with. Great...
Jess didn't stop running until he was lost in the school. It was to big. He slumped against the wall and tried to think, but he couldn't in this environment, with all these people and smells and noises. He couldn't believe he was saying this, but he actually wished his brother would let him stay home from school, he couldn't handle it.
((JEFFERSON FROM ONCE UPON A TIME))
Makenzie let his eyes slide over to the students studiously ignoring the fight. They look bored, he thought and then stopped himself from brainstorming ways to lift the boedom. Sometimes he was honestly the most difficult person to deal with. Makenzie hated people just in general, why was he trying to make their lives easier? No one had ever done it for him.
Makenzie ground his teeth and slid down in his chair, staring pointedly out the window. Screw all of these people
((OH MY GOD I LOVE THAT SHOW))
Adam clutched his head and waited silently. The bell had to ring soon enough. This day had been drawn out for too long, and this class wan't making it any better. He wanted it gone.
Monikya almost screamed with joy when the bell rang, and when she got up to dash out of the classroom, she ran into someone. "Sorry, but you should watch where you're going." She said snidely.
((Whoever wants to be that person, go ahead. I felt we needed some interaction.))
Jess nearly grabbed the girl by her blonde hair and threw her face first into a locker, but then he remembered the consequences of his actions and didn't do anything. The halls were flooded with people, it made him want to hyperventilate. "I'd say the same to you, princess." He said flatly.
Lilly walked out the room and right past the blonde girl and the boy. Something was definitely about go down between them and she was not going to stay around. She slipped past them and headed off to ... well, to somewhere else.
Monikya kept on walking and made a face as soon as she turned around. She walked out of the building and left the school.
Makenzie skidded to a stop behind a blonde girl and the boy who'd finally silenced the mumbler. They were obviously hostile towards each other and he didn't want to get between it. He didn't mind eavesdropping while they held up the line, though either.
"God, get a move on." Makenzie murmured and shifted his weight from foot to foot. He was ready to push his way through the two of them. Being rude to a girl, though, was low for even him.
Adam waited a moment before leaving the class, using his thinnes to his advantage and slipping past people with ease. "Don't you just hate it when people stop in front of a door?" he scoffed. "Yes... yes I do..." he answered himself.
Jess was losing his control. There were to many smart as.s kids for one day. Jess turned on the boy who had mumbled something about getting out of the way, using his height to his advantage. There was a time span of about half a minute where Jess didn't say anything at all, he blocked out the chaotic noises of the school hallway and just stared. "What?" He asked.
((Ew I posted too late for mine to make sense))
Makenzie just stared back at the guy. Honestly intimidation only worked on people who hadn't been through anything. "You're blocking the door." He drawled, popping a knee out to show that it didn't matter how tall the guy was; he wasn't scared.
Makenzie sighed, sensing a temperamental break down on the horizon. "I would have liked to beat the crowd. Now all these people are going to be squished up against me. Maybe I'm alone in this, but I hate crowds." He shrugged, keeping his eyes on the guy.
Adam scoffed, barely hearing the conversations of the other students later back towards the classroom. What was with everybody today? So on edge. It was hilarious... No that's not funny... but it is a little bit. He instictively reached up and smacked himself in the forehead. He really needed to develop a conscience.
Jess shrugged. "You're not alone." He said, before turning around and forcing his way through the throng of students. He made it outside eventually, and started the short walk home with his hands in his pockets and his head down. He didn't need to see to know where he was going. He had a lot of practice. When he made it to the run down house, he found his brother's chevy in the driveway and all the lights off. This wasn't good. Jess turned around and continued walking. Surely he wouldn't be missed for an hour or two, however long it took his brother to finish up.
Monikya turned and saw the boys talking on the steps. She kept walking and got to her house. Well, it wasn't really a house. More like a run down old shed, but she didn't care. She walked into the front door and locked it.
Adam went out of the school, his head pointed towards the ground. He was bumped into the street slightly by a huge football player. He barely managed to get to the other side of the street by the time a bus thundered down the street. He scoffed and kept walking, his eyes away from everything. Why don't you just hit someone for once? You can fight back. You're not weak. He shook his head and ignored his thoughts until he got back to his apartment.
