((Great! Thanks, MaxRide! :) Try to post your skellie as soon as you can.))
Name: Jake Elliott
Age: 17
Personality: With his friends, Jake is humorous and tries to keep everyone laughing. However, he writes music in his free time, and when he is focused, he can be quite deep and meaningful. He doesn't show his lyrics and songs to anyone except his mother, for they are the only thing where he shows himself.
Appearance: Jake has long dark hair that covers some of his eyes. He is average height, 6 foot even, and has tan skin. He looks Greek, and his green eyes always have a smile hidden in them. He is strong, and has nice abs. (random)
History: Jake's mom has cancer, and it has taken it's toll on his family. He writes songs for her to listen to when she is in the hospital. He doesn't tell people about her disease, because he doesn't want sympathy or attention.
((Thanks, MaxRide. As soon as we get the last skellie, we can start :)))
((You can just call me Max. Hey is your username from A Midsummer Night's Dream? I love that play!))
((Allright! Yeah, I played Nick Bottom in my school's production of Midsummer this past fall.))
((That's so cool! I love that play, I read a monologue for Helena one time!))
((Cool! Yeah, it was a great play. I loved that role so much.))
((Do we have the last skellie?))
((No, but I figure we can start without it for now.))
you guys are waiting for Me right? I won't' be able to get my skeleton up for a few weeks. sorry.
((Yeah, it's all good. Mind if we start without you, and you'll jump in whenever you can?))
Kate couldn't believe her luck. When she got home from the audition to get into the best performing arts school, she got a letter saying she wasn't accepted. Just as she was accepting the fact, she got another letter saying she was accepted. 'Isn't this grand.' She thinks to herself as she sits in an acting class full of five other kids; three boys and two girls. She takes the seat in the very back of the class for two reasons. One: easy escape. Two: she can get a good look at each of the kids. There's a rich girl that she knows will somehow become her best friend. A extremely tall brown haired boy, another tall dark haired boy, a petite brunette and another boy she can't quite see. "This'll be fun." Sarcasm drips from her mouth as she waits for the crazy old lady to start the acting lesson.
As Adam bounced into the classroom, he was slightly shocked to see only five other kids. "Hmm," He thought to himself. "These were the guys in my audition group." He remembered how only earlier that week, he had recieved a contradictory letter, stating that he had been accepted into the number one performing arts school in the nation, only hours after he had been told that he was cut. He glanced quickly around the room, and noticed an old woman, wrapped in a black shawl. "Probably the teacher." He thought. He dropped his satchel on the ground with a large thunk, and sat down in a seat adjacent to a small, petite girl. "Hi!" He said brightly. "I'm Adam!"
Lizz sat near the front of the classroom, not too close as to seem over-eager, but near enough not to seem like a trouble maker. Her mother had lectured her about making a good first impression until she could recite it by heart.
She looked nervously around at the people sitting around her. She was sure they must have all got in on the first try. She hadn't even told her family that she'd been rejected. She knew they'd never let her forget it. Still, it had worked out in the end. She was here now, and everything was going to be alright.
Lizz was startled when the boy walked in and introduced himself. She supposed it would be polite to reply. "I'm Lizz," she smiled.
Emily was pulled from a daydream by a boy sitting across from her. "Oh, hi." She turned to him, wide eyed and confused, before she realized he had said his name. She shook her bewilderment away, and put on a smile. "Hi, I'm Emily."
Adam's initial reaction to the girl was one of amusement, as she was torn from her daydream by his unexpected salutation. "Hi, Emily." he smiled. "New here? I am too. You know what's really wierd? This is really weird. Listen. I auditioned here, right? Oh, by the way, I'm an actor. Singer too. Anyways, I auditioned here, and they said I was cut, but when I got home- and this is the really weird part- I got a letter saying I got in! Weird, huh? Anyways, I'm here now. All's well that ends well, right?" Before Emily had a chance to reply, Adam turned to a tall, willowy girl. "Hi! Lizz, right? I'm Adam!"
Kate watches the interaction between Lizz, Adam and Emily. From what she can conclude, they all were rejected from the school before getting a letter of acceptance. That and that Adam guy sure does like to talk a lot, he didn't even let Emily reply to his questions. Wow.
