((You made another roleplay exactly like this one))
Daniel followed the girl home, making sure she didn't get in trouble. He couldn't really tell what she looked like in the dark, although from her siloette (sp) she looked to be about 16 or 17, and had a skinny body at an average height. He couldn't see her face though, because he was to the back of her.
((I made that one first, but I've RPed with TheDarkCryLove before and was hoping to do the story with someone new as well.))
Scarlet stopped in her tracks when she could have sworn she felt someone following her. She was afraid to look back though; afraid she wouldn't like what she saw. She stood there a moment debating before starting to walk again.
Daniel saw her stop and look around. Be more quiet! He scolded himself. He watched her, smelled the fear she radiated. Focus! You're supposed to be looking for the alpha! He tried to leave her, telling myself that she would be ok, but for some reason he wasn't sure. He stayed, waiting for her to go to her house.
Scarlet shivered and walked as fast as she could without running, wincing every time she heard thunder. As she finally came to her house she glanced over her shoulder to see if the feeling of being followed and/or watched had been her imagination or not.
Daniel saw the girl look his way. Under the porch light, her could see her blonde and black hair and her green eyes. His night vision was allowing him to notice small details, such as the fear in her eyes. He tried to duck behind the bushes, but didn't take his eyes off of her. He found himself thinking how pretty she was! Snap out of it! He yelled in his head. Focus! The alpha!
Scarlet didn't see anything, but she heard something and that froze her completely. She stood still a moment before forcing herself to keep walking to her house. You're just being paranoid. She told herself as she walked up the steps and went inside.
Daniel saw the girl go into her house, and he found himself wishing she hadn't. Before he lost more of his focus, he refound the scent and kept tracking.
((Should they go to the same school?))
((Yeah, I think so.))
That night, Scarlet had trouble sleeping. She kept having nightmares and when she was awake she felt a deep fear inside her that those nightmares could become reality. She felt it was foolish and irrational. There was just no way it could become true.
Well...she could be attacked by a wolf, but not a werewolf. And there was a difference to her. She hardly got any sleep before having to get up and get ready for school the next day.
Daniel walked into school and saw the girl he had followed yesterday. He was exhausted from not being able to find the alpha - hopefully he didn't hurt anyone else - and he remembered how he spent half of the night watching this girl walk home. He wanted to talk to her, but what would he say? "Hey, I followed you home last night while I was out looking for a murderer, you wanna grab coffee"?. No, he couldn't mention anything to her. He went to his latin class and sat down at the back corner desk.
Scarlet felt exhausted. She just knew she was going to fall asleep in class at some point, and then she'd be in trouble...
She walked into Latin and sat in the only empty seat in the back, which happened to be next to a boy she paid little attention to besides the fact that he looked fairly attractive in her opinion. She yawned and rested her head on her desk. "Wake me when the day is over." She mumbled to whoever would listen.
Daniel smiled as the girl sat next to him. She yawned, then fell asleep. He could see her name showing on a paper out of her bag. Scarlet... he thought. He listened for the first few seconds, then zoned out and listened in on the gossip going on on the other side of the classroom. It was actually quite entertaining, he did this often.
Scarlet started awake when she heard the bell and sighed. Well, at least she didn't get caught this time. Hopefully her little nap would help her make it through the rest of the day. She grabbed her bags and stood but bumped rght into the boy she had sat next to and fell back into her seat. "Oops, sorry...I'm really out of it today." She said with a grimace.
Daniel smiled at Scarlet. "It's ok, we all have those days." He picked up his stuff and held his arm out gesturing for her to go first.
Scarlet got to her feet once again and started walking. "Thanks..." She mumbled, keeping her eyes on the floor and hoping the warmth in her cheeks wasn't the light blush she thought it was.
Daniel noticed her blushing and smiled. He walked down the hall to English and opened his computer. His computer was filled with music and lyrics he had scribbled down in his spare time. He opened a song called Every Rose has it's Thorn.
The day went by slowly, and Scarlet caught sight of the boy a few times through out the morning but never had a chance to go up and say hello. Then came lunch. She looked around at first to see if she could find the boy but ended up sitting alone with her meal.
Daniel noticed Scarlet sitting alone, and moved to join her. "Not very social, huh?" He asked, seeing her look down at her food.
Scarlet looked up and gave the faintest of smiles. "I'm just not very good at...introductions or approaching others."
Daniel nodded. He understood. With being....unusual like him, having to move wherever the alpha did, he never really got good at talking to people and making friends. After all, it's not like he could practice on his parents. They didn't want him anymore after they saw what he had....become. Daniel looked across the table, and tried to start a conversation. "So, who's your favorite teacher?"
