(( it was a computer malfunction. i fixed it though. ))
Adrien looked at the giant black and white tents. There were people walking around everywhere, and honestly, it looked more like a circus than a freak show. He was disappointed, he was hoping to see some cool freaks here.
"Gyps..life isn't fair." Amos began his speech. Gypsy stared at him, arms crossed, not listening to a word. When he looked away for a moment her eyes glowed a soft yellow.. "On second thought you're right, let's go home" He said. Gypsy grinned as Uncle Amos made his way back to the car. Suddenly, he put his hand to his forehead, turning to Gyspy. "What am I saying?" He put his hands on her shoulders "Gyspy this is why you need to stay." "It wasn't me-" "Look little darlin, I promised you something once. Now I'm making good on it. You're staying here." he hugged her and headed back to his car, "I'll write to you soon." Gypsy watched as his car sped off...leaving her alone for a few silent moments. Then she walked in the direction she had seen some other kids going earlier.
Aidren saw more kids walking around. Do all these kids work here? How old are they? Don't they have lives to get back to?
Gypsy spotted the group of kids from earlier. The puppet had caught her attention. "interesting thing to carry around, cool though" she thought. She was too frustrated to marvel at it, instead she marched down to the group, trying her best to keep her cool. It wouldn't exactly be very nice to just come up and control their minds, not that it would be the first time. "Excuse me." she asked, "Can one of you tell me what this is." she tried not to be snappy, but it came out rather frustrated.
Carsyth handed the girl her flyer. "we were invited. said that all talents, physical, mental, paranormal, are wanted. have you not seen these?" she handed the flyer over to the snappy girl.
"um so where are we exactly?" mahoney asked quetly
((I'm so sorry I haven't replied in a while >.<))
"I think the real question is, 'where do we go?'" Clyde replied, scratching the back of his head. He walked over to a tent and peeped inside. "Oh, well that's unusual," he remarked, opening the entrance even wider for the others to see. It was three teens but they all looked part animal and they were doing tricks. "This really is a Freak Show," he mumbled.
"A freak show?" Gypsy asked, she looked down at the flyer, before handing it quickly back to Carsyth. "I am not a freak." she muttered.
Adrien looked around him. There were people performing tricks and practicing for some kind of performance. He didn't seem to fit in here, and he didn't understand how all these kids were so open to displaying how they were all freaks. Why would they feel comfortable sharing how they are all freaks? He thought, his brow wrinkled.
"I like it here" carsyth mumbled. " i'm just like everyone here. im different, unusual, call me what you like. I am proud to be able to change who i am, well, at my own disposal...."
((Can Carsyth read minds??))
"yeah me to." says Mahoney "we all should be proud that we are different." wraping arm around Carsyth and giving it a slite squeze
"the flyer offered us an asylum. a home if we want it. im tired of running. i know that we all just met , but i'm staying. it's a h.ell of a lot safer than anywhere else that ive ever been."
((Can carsyth read minds? Because Adrien only thought what he said...))
(( no. however, later on she is going to discover that the reason she can change her appearance at will is that she is part demon. there will be a part later where she kinda becomes a full demon. but it doesnt last long....it'll be good.))
((Then how did she know what Adrien thought and respond to it?))
