It was a beautiful morning in Karariko Village.Keguza was looking out the window of his building.People would be coming for interviews today for his unique buisness. He closed his eye and sighed.Well at least he hoped they would come.Kegazu turned away and sat on a nearby chair waiting for a knock on the door.
((I think all Zelda fans should not only play the games on a regular basis, but also try to get some of the manga...))
Rel started off his day by patrolling Lake Hylia((sp?)). His usual task was to fight off monsters and question any shady people. Lately there had been very few attacks on anyone. Later, he decided, he would probably be sent to watch over the Zora's teenaged princess, whom he favored. ((I'd like to make a skellie for the suggested princess, if that's ok?))
((I''ve read the manga. The Wind Waker one was more of a comedy than anything else.))
((I've read and own both parts of Ocarina of Time.... I've read Link's Awakening, Four Swords, and Majora's Mask. Bretty good, but the ones I read on the internet were literal translations, so there's alot of cussing where the words dang, shoot, and rats appear... Just shows how far censorship goes here in America for kid's literature))
((I've read all of those!!But have you read Minish Cap))
((I've read the Ocarina of Time one. I've been wanting to read the others but I'm such an otaku that I pile every manga I find and never have time reading because I either find more manga or I'm too into a particular one ^^'))
Miryko entered Kakariko Village and was amazed at how different it looked compared Hyrule Castle. It felt like everyone here was relaxed and knew each other well where as in the castle everyone was rushed and often at times, rude. Miryko was so awed at the change of scenery that she didn't notice the people she tagged along with to come here had already left her. It took her a while to realize that and then to remember the reason she came to the village. "Oh right, the 'Heros for Hire' business," she told herself and went searching for the building. "But where would it be?" She asked herself after looking for a while. "Oh no! I'm lost!" she cried and slumped down, "and I'm tired... Maybe I should just take a nap and look for it later." She closed her eyes and fell asleep next to a fence.
It was a long trip, but she thought it was worth it. Okena stretched her arms high and hugged her horses neck, thanking her for bringing her so far. Okena let her friends wander around town while she looked down at a slip of paper then up at a door. A small sign was on the door that said "Hero's for Hire". It must've been the right place. She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer.
((I've read OoT, MC, LTTP, MM, FS, and PH))
Just then some one knocked on the door.Kegazu opened it to see a Gerudo.Strange I didn't know word of my buisness reached out so far Kegazu thought to himself."Are you here for an interview"He asked the Gerudo.Out of the corner of his eye he saw a Hylian Girl asleep on a the fence of his nieghbors. He went over after saying "Just go right in I'll be there in a second".Then Kegazu poked the Hylian in the head.
Half way through his shift, Rel was summoned by his commander. "There's this Hero's for Hire thing going on in Kakariko Village. You're my best, so I recommend you make the trip." Great. Cross-Country. At least there was a river that stretched to the village. Rel decided he could save himself a lot of time by swimming. Rel ageed and was let off his duties to go home and pack. He only needed his armour, and weapons. He set off for the river as soon as he was done. "May the gods favor my journey." He said a brief prayer before he dived in. A few hours later, he arrived at Kakariko. It hadn't changed much since the last time he had been there. He looked around, asked directions, got strange looks, then finally found the house that had the poster plastered to the front door. He noticed someone was already there, then decided to wait a bit, so he explored the town, and he ened up buying a dozen water bombs(right?).
((Yep and WATER BOMBS ARE NOW INTORDUCED!In a good way))
Rel went back to the house and knocked on the door, glad that there was no audience.
((What......But Kegazu and Miryko haven't came in.And Okena is most likely in there))
"If your looking for the owner I'm right here"Kegazu said squatting down right next to Miryko and poking her head repeatedly.Kegazu turned to face the new vistor. It was a Zora with armor.
((sorry, I guess I miss understood))
Rel gave a slight smile. "I'm here to inqure about the, erm, Hero's for Hire. I was recommmended to come here." He took a short, slow breath and awaited a reply.
"Thats good"Kegazu said still trying to wake up the Hylian."Help me carry her in"He asked the Zora.
Rel helped to pick the Hylian up and spoke. "How long has she been like this?" he was suprized, because most Hylians kept themselves very busy, such as the fabled Hero of Time.
"Who knows"Kegazu said going through the door of his building. Then he gently placed her on the ground."So who wants to go first"He asked the Gerudo and Zora.
"i'll go. If that's ok." Rel smiled. He noticd the air was somewhat direr than back home.
"Okay then"Kegazu said before deciding on a question."Why have you decided to try to join Heroes for Hire"He asked .
Rel smiled. "Well, for starters, I grew up defending parts of Hyrule. I love fighting off monsters and protecting innocent beings." This was all true, but sometimes his job got to be a burden....
Kegazu aknowledge it with a nod and then motion for him to follow him toward the door."Any special skills"Kegazu asked Rel.
