Cypress jumped up too, "Yeah! I'm going straight home to pack!"

Orr pushed himself to his feet. He had always been a low energy person. "Right. I suppose we could all meet here again tomorrow morning with our things packed, and drive up."

Fera nodded, and stood up as well. She pulled her hood back over her head. "Tomorrow morning is great for me. I've always been an early riser."

"Right!" Cypress smiled, "Let's do this!"

Orr departed with a grin plastered across his face. It was always great when a skeptic was willing to search for proof.

Fera tried to contain her excitement. She didn't think that they would find anything that had to do with bigfoots, but it was great to find a group of people willing to go out into the woods and track animals, and if bigfoots were real, she wanted to see one.

Cypress grabbed her camera and waved to the others, "I'll see you all here tommorrow then!"

Bubba stood after her, "Shoot ya baby! This is gonna be fun!"

Fera hopped into her car humming a cheerful tune. The road to her home was long and winding, and it gave her time to ponder over the next day.

Orr knew it would take a while for the skeptic to crack, but when she did, it would be worth it. When they saw one, it would definitely be worth it.

*the next morning*

Cyrpress pulled up in her jeep and jumped out. She slung her backpack over her shoulder and looked around. The morning was cool and crisp. It was a perfect morning to start this grand adventure!

Bubba pulled up in his mudcovered truck.  He had his truck bed chuck-full of his equipment and his favorite knives.  He probally wouldn't need them, but he like to show off...

Fera had stuffed her backpack full with backpacking essentials, so much that as she pulled up in her bea up old pickup truck, she had to carry her game camera under her arm, and her thermal camera was attached to her pack with a cord. "All right," she said excitedly. "I'm ready to see the impossible."

Orr had arrived an hour earlier to begin organizing the trip, along with having to make two drives to gather all of his squatching equipment. He was loaded with thermal cameras, video cameras, old fashioned rolls of film, and evidence of sasquatches that they needed to investigate.

"Well are we all set to go proving some Bigfoot?" Bubba asked Orr after slapping him hard on the back.

Cypress smiled at Fera. This was going to be soooooo fun! Camping, smores, fishing, sleeping under the stars....Cypress sighed. What a perfect way to start her documentory career.....

Fera grabbed a notebook out of her pack. "This is namely what I need," she explained. "I can document any evidence in here." She could hardly contain her excitement: this was opportunity to spend forever in the great outdoors.

Orr grinned and turned around. "Looks like the girls are ready to go." He looked at Fera's pickup truck, and air of humor coming about him. "How about we go in there and you two sit in the back?"
Fera snorted. "How about we take the Geep and you two sit on the roof?" she joked sarcastically, though good-naturedly. "Or we could take a car that we all fit into."

"I like the Jeep idea," Cypress giggled and Orr's and Bubba's expressions.  "But let's take the car so we can all talk together."
Cypress held her equipmentclose and smiled. She couldn't wait to start. This was going to be so fun!

"Sounds like a good idea to me," Bubba nodded. "But I call the wheel." He raced forward and slipped behind it and grinned at the others. "Well? Are y'all comin' or not?"

Orr raised an eyebrow. "You? Drive? The last time I sat in a car with you at the wheel, we almost went off a cliff! And we missed a chance to see a sasquatch in the meantime, while we were desperately trying to evacuate before we lost our lives. I'm not sure I'd trust you on the highway," but he got into the passenger seat anyway.

Fera glanced at him. "Are you sure you'll fit with that pack on? You might want to put that on the trunk." As if to prove her point, she slipped her backpack off and hauled it into the trunk of the car."

"It wasn't that bad! They didn't even have to call the chopper in." Bubba shouted from out of the window. He started up the car. "Get in y'all!"

Cypress placed her bag in the trunk with Orr and Fera's luggage and then hopped in the back seat with her camera held up. She wasn't going to miss a second of this!

The boys had made it clear that they were sitting up front, and there was nothing Fera and Cypress could do about it. Fera thought this to be worth vengeance, so she quickly devised a little plot. Hmmm, she thought. I wonder what they would do if we pretended to leave them at the gas station...

Orr was completely satisfied with the way this trip was turning out. Until five minutes into the drive, when he realized that he had forgotten to bring snacks for the next six hours.

((Sorry :P))

Bubba turned up the radio on his favorite station. He then began to "sing" at the top of his lungs.  He smiled as he drove down the interstate.

Cypress sighed. She forgot Bubba like to scream all the way.  This might be a very long road trip.  She turned to Fera, maybe if they started talking she could ignore him...
"So, you like to make documentories too?"

((no problem))

Fera nodded. "Written ones. I'll track animals for days, and write essays on their behavior." She blinked a couple of times to adjust to Bubba's singing. "What say next stop we cut the wire on the radio?"

Orr turned the volume up on the stereo to the point that it was as loud as Bubba. All he wanted to hear was something on key.

Cypress giggled and pulled a small pocket knife out of her pocket. "One step ahead of you."

Bubba looked back at them, "C'mon! Everybody sing!"
Bubba began to bellow even louder...if that was possible.
